During our free consultation visit, we will devise a customized maintenance plan that achieves the goal of a safe clean pool which is ready for use at all times while staying within your family's budget.Whether it is a one on one training session or simply scheduling to learn how to perform regular maintenance on a piece of equipment, we are open to educating you on a weekly, monthly or yearly service.
As consumers we understand that the more you know, the easier on the family budget owning a pool will become. Because emergencies arise at the most unfortunate times and with very few exceptions, as a Family Pool Care Services client, I will make myself available via phone or text year round. As parents we understand the demands a growing family has on your time.

Julio and Matt are very knowledgeable on all type of pools. They really understand what a pool needs. The last 2 companies kept the chlorine levels extremely high and for a vinyl pool, that is not good. Julio and Matt evaluated my pool, discuss chemical levels and they were inline what I expected. The prices are fair and they have been extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After 9 years of taking care of my pool, I decided to use a professional cleaning service as I was putting my house for a rental. I signed up with Julio because of the cost at first, but now I am thoroughly happy with his quality of work, knowledge (and educating me), and just genuine care for the goodness of my pool. He recently found a leak from my multiport valve and replaced it with additional PVC work that was required. I fully trust Julio will continue to take a good care of my pool even though I don't live there anymore. I highly recommend Julio!!

When I met Julio I knew right away how passionate he is about his work! he is not your typical pool guy that will come scrub and leave, Julio is extremely thorough and meticulous in the way he checks the pool in each visit. In our particular situation he explained in detail what he recommended as the best action plan to fix our pool, he was very patient with all our questions (first time owners), and besides taking his time to teach us in detail, he went above and beyond doing extra visits until our pool was back on clear, tip-top shape!

Julio is just a stand-up kind of guy. He's been more helpful than ANY pool guy I've worked with in the 4 years I've owned my home/pool. He actually cares about helping me with my pool and making sure everything is working how it should be, and not just about trying to make money and "get one over" on you, which seems common in this industry. Me and Julio text back and forth whenever I have issues (which is common with my old system), and I'm actually texting him now about my fiberglass filter tank that split open, and I thought how I needed to leave him a review,

We switched to Family Pool Care at the beginning of the summer and could not be happier with our decision. Julio is the owner and operator, so you know you are getting the same quality service every time. I'm not exaggerating that Julio made our pool look bettee than it ever has and it has stayed that way all summer. He is prompt, reliable, courteous and communicative, and he is always looking for the most economical way to make our pool the best it can be. What a relief to have our pool in Julio's hands.
