I went to look at a 2500 diesel, sales man said they would be willing to remove/reduce the dealer mark up of 7500. (MSRP was 68700, make up was more than 10% of the vehicle price) the salesman had me talk to the sales manager (can't remember his name but he had a long beard) I was told he would absolutely not change the dealer markup. I even let him know that I purchased my 2017 dodge from them and it turned out to be a lemon. I had to get a lawyer to get them to buy back the car. I was told "We don't make the cars we just sale them" he made sure that I knew he could careless about my previous
