Took an Uber here from San Diego to look at a car. The guy who showed me the car and accompanied me on the test drive was fine. When we got back to the lot I noticed the check engine light was on, a quick code read told us that it was a misfire.
I went up to a salesman on the lot and asked him if I could get the price discounted as the car was not in working order. His asked "You took an Uber all the way from San Diego to try and get the price lowered?", to which I replied that I came all the way out there to look at a car that wasn't broken.
He referred us to the sales manager but said that

Bought a $30,000 Mercedes from this dealership that should be SHUT DOWN for bad business practice. I couldn't even test drive until I was approved for loan. They swore vehicle was maintained no issues, 4 hours later after driving off lot my Mercedes was being towed to Mechanic, where the engine was blown because of metal shavings thru out motor!! I literally put 105 miles on this car, its been sitting ever since PARKED!! Tried calling ALL IN AUTO, they kept hanging up on me refusing to unwind deal. They should be shut down!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have filed a lawsuit, filed complaint

Worst customer service ever. I'm glad the car I called about and was told was there got sold. I drove 60 miles to walk past 8 employees and none offered any help. They all just stood around and smoked cigarettes. I will never step foot on this property again. Do yourselves a favor and make the drive to " top notch auto" in Temecula. Worth every penny and had an incredible buying experience.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Went down because I wanted to look at a car priced $16,000. In EXCELLENT condition. Let me tell you, my 97 suburban was in better condition than the junk they tried to sell me. On top of that they tacked on $4,000 to the price tag. I look at the breakdown..they tried to charge me $1,000 for an alarm system. That already came with the car being that it was a 2012! Window tinting fee...the front two windows weren't even tinted.

Terrible Company!
I get an appointment 2 days ago to make a test drive, I was driving 2 hours one way, they did not show me the car!
Now I get again appointment arrived in the morning at 9:30 Now they saying that car already sold the, but car is there!
Their employee attacked me wanted to hit him stopped by a company employee!
I don't understand why they are doing this, but lying to the client twice is too much! I Please LAPD try to inquire about their legal activities!

This one star and review is solely for Albert, the supposed finance manager. Greed. That's the best way I can say it. Nothing but greed. We had a deal in place only to be given a phone call by the receptionist saying the vehicle I was on my way to sign and leave a down payment for had been sold. What a complete waste of time.
His reasoning was that I had test driven 3 vehicles (including the one I really wanted to buy), had problems, which needed repair, which in his though process equates to me changing my mind. 3 test drives where I identified issues which obviously meant the vehicle needed

Let me start off by saying this dealer has a bunch of beautiful sports cars to select from.. was in the market for my dream car was being kind of picky with interior colors and also the year I was looking for, this dealer had what I had been searching for and did the process on the website and got contacted soon after that. I live up in Victorville CA and didn’t want to drive with out being sure I would get approved for the car I was interested in and they helped me get into the car of my dreams thanks you guys. I bought A car from this this dealer and I am extremely disappointed on how they handle their customers. I don't understand how they are not helpful they sold me a car with a check engine light on and claimed it was my fault knowingly they agreed to fix the car and wrote it down on the contract.
The mechanics don't care, all they wanna do is get you out of there. Instead of helping customers they will bring you in thinking you're making a great investment and instead the receptionist are rude, unhelpful, and judgmental. The mechanics refuse to check on what work needs to be done

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Incompetent agents work here. The exact same thing happened to me and Sammy's review on here! I drove an hour away for a Dodge Charger I inquired about. The same lady tells me, "I apologize the cars been sold." But we have other Chargers, she proceeds to show me Chargers nowhere near what I'm looking for. WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership! They deserve 0 stars!

1. No one bothered to acknowledge my presence
2. Car had 2000 more miles than was advertised
3. There was trash and old shoes left in the car
4. Wheels were all curbed
5. Deep rock chip in the windshield
6. Stood around for 30 minutes waiting to see someone and no one ever came.
Finally just walked off to take my business to another dealership that is upfront and appreciates the business. Usually car salesman are vultures. This dealership they aren't even present

Hands down one of the best used car lots I've ever been too. Just picked up a beautiful red GT mustang. Albert, Tony and Mary are all great! Albert was fair and honest with the transaction and told me exactly what I needed. Tony is a phenomenal salesman. Not pushy or aggressive but any means. Mary could easily run this place and she already had everything anyone was asking for ready to go without missing a beat. Would HIGHLY recommend checking this place out.

I was in the market for a new (to me) car and had been browsing for several days online as I had a buyer lined up for my current vehicle. I was pre approved through capital one auto finance on January 5th or 6th, and had come across a 2015 Subaru WRX that I fell in love with. I had requested information and was contacted soon thereafter setting up an appointment to test drive the vehicle on Saturday January 9th.
A day or two prior to my test drive I was contacted by The finance

Beware fellow driving extraordinaire. I have made the fatal mistake of not reading the reviews other customers have posted prior to visiting this place. After reading a few reviews, it all began to make sense.
