In a word... "Awesome"! Not something you can generally say about the car-buying experience but everyone at RC Automotive was friendly & professional & made the process painless. I bought the car from 700 miles away based on the website photos, description & few verbal conversations with Taylor without a 3rd party inspection. When I arrived to pick the car up it was nicer than the photos & I drove home 10 hours without issue. Taylor (sales) & Tony (finance) were great. Would definitely buy there again!

I sometimes take my car here for service so my review is on that. They are about $100 to $150 cheaper then the dealer but of course no loaner, no perks you get from the dealership. They are always courteous and keep me informed with what's happening to my car. Located about 3700 south and state street. They get some cool cars to sell but nothing I would buy. I would check them out.

GET A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION!! I was looking to buy a m235i xdrive they had on their lot. Car fax was clean and I test drove it and it felt fine. I was infatuated by the car but to be safe I took it to a BMW specialist for a ppi. After getting it back he told me straight up not to spend my own money on this car. It needed about $5000 worth of repairs and had been in some sort of collision that wasn't listed on the car fax. Check out the car thoroughly before buying because they won't disclose it to you.

Much like Al B, I bought a car here. They seemed great up front, good prices, answered all my questions, sale was smooth. I however did not hear back regarding the title paperwork or anything. My temp tags expired, I called and called and called with no reply. Finally they told me they change their process and send all info to Utah DMV. Great l, if you live in Utah, I'm 5 months out and still don't have my tags because of how they handled this. Once they get what they need from you you're dead to them. Buyer beware!!!

I found a Dodge Sprinter Van I planned to buy.

We negotiated a price and I offered to place a $500 non-refundable deposit and to pay in cash. I asked to have and paid for an inspection.
I was told they would confer with the owner about having the engine issues discovered fixed.
I never heard back and discovered on their website it had been sold.
After I contacted

I was really, really pleased with my experience here. The salesperson I worked with was friendly, helpful, cute with my kids, and not at all pushy. I was able to find my dream car at an amazing price, and it is in perfect shape (I had verified by Les Schwab before purchase). I found out that they make sure ALL of the cars are in perfect shape before they put them on the lot (fix any problems in their car shop before they sell them). They're would definitely be the first place I stop next time I needed a car, or the first place I would recommend to any family or friends looking for a car.

I found the car on CarGurus around the end of January 2018, phoned the dealership, and was introduced to my new best friend Nate. It's been almost three Months since I purchased my Escalade from these guys and they still have not sent me license plates and not sent me my title yet. I paid cash and so there was no loan to wait for I should have had a title and plates within at least a month. They said the person they bought it from hasn't given them the title yet and they are waiting to get it from him, that is insane how can you sell a car on your lot that you don't even have a title for and it's with "some guy" that is so shady. I purchased here a 2008 Land Rover to keep in my vacation home in Park City. The car had a lot of mile in it, so the price was excellent but mainly the car was in great condition. Jennifer was very nice and ready to help and answering all my questions.
