Raul and his team did a great job on a recent repipe for us at our new home. They were great with our tight schedule. The plumbers worked hard and were committed to completing the job in a timely manner and with minimal wall and tile repairs. I replaced the faucet on our kitchen sink and found that the shutoff valve coming out of the wall for my hot water was bad. The plumber we've used in the past came by, looked at it and said he didn't work on copper (what kind of plumber doesn't work on copper?). That left us in a bad place, since it was early Friday evening by now. We decided to call Centurion Saturday morning and was surprised that he would be able to come by around noon. He called at 10 am and said he was on the way. Very polite and efficient and certainly knew what he was doing. The cost was a little higher than

I was having issues with low (really, no) water pressure and a tub blockage, and Centurion came out the next day. I sent out a lot of messages, and I liked that they responded quickly with the exact price they would charge. They fixed the issues that day within the hour they estimated, and it's SO much better.

I had an appointment with a guy named Raul for 11am, at 11am when he was supposed to be at my house i called him to see where he was and he said he had not even left his office yet but would get to me at 1pm the latest. At 1pm i called him to see where he was and he said he just got on to the 417 and was still 20 minutes away. I tried to express my discontent with the situation and he raised his voice on the phone to say, DO YOU WANT ME TO SHOW UP OR NOT. i told him we had to reschedule for the next day at 11am. The next day instead of coming at 11am he got to my house BEFORE 10am and woke us up
