Called and spoke to a really nice woman on the phone last Thursday who scheduled an appointment for Friday. Jose was supposed to come sometime in the afternoon Friday and would call us on his way over. Well that same afternoon Jose just appeared at our doorstep. No call, or anything, he said he was in the area so decided he'd just stop by. We weren't prepared.. had just gotten home from work, house not in the way I like to have it when people come over etc. My husband was about to feed our giant dog so he loaded his bowl and took him outside, and I told him to come on in. Jose came and said he would give us a free estimate to install bathsplashes in 2 bathrooms. Nice guy, showed up on time, nodded and smiled. That was 5 days ago. Whatever happened to closure: "No we can't" or "This is how much...". Tried to use local businesses but extremely disappointed. I guess the job was too small, but at least tell us. Off to big box store.
