Phoenix Air Dynamics was contacted by our home warranty company. They sent Bill out to fix air conditioner. He showed up ready to go to work. He had no mask on. I asked him if he was vaccinated. He said no. I asked him if they had another technician that had been vaccinated. He said they didn't have anybody in the company that had been vaccinated.
Bill was very proud that he was not vaccinated from a global pandemic in the middle of the Delta variant. I told him to get off my property. I called the company and they had nobody vaccinated in the company.

They were contracted through our home warranty program last year to repair our casitas AC. They completed the repair making the AC functional. However, they broke the AC drip pan causing a water leak making the AC not usable. They used three people to diagnose and repair the AC unit. The second guy tried to fix the problem but the repair did not work. The third said he fixed it but did not. They refused to correct the problem they created unless we paid them extra, which they estimated could exceed $800.00.

After being with no A/C for 3 weeks in midsummer!!!!! my warranty finally reassigned my issue to Phoenix Air Dynamics and they literally had me up and running within 10 hours of initial set up call. I will never trust anyone else but Phoenix Air Dynamics! I couldn't get my techs name but will update this review once I call to ask his name. He was awesome!!!!

I contacted Phoenix Air Dynamics when our AC unit went out during the record heat a couple weeks ago. After our home warranty company assigned us another company that was going to take almost 48 hours to come out, we were referred to Phoenix Air Dynamics. When I called, they were professional and seemed to genuinely care about my need for service before I had to leave for vacation. They got me scheduled for service in less than 24 hours and the technician was punctual, friendly and professional. He quickly fixed the problem and the unit has been working well ever since. We had a complete heating and cooling system installed by these guys. All went well until a chunk of ceiling fell down because they did not check to see if the drain was clear in the drain pan. First repair guy they sent out to fix it did a horrible job. Ben told me to hire my own guy to redo the repair and send him the bill. It has been almost 2 years since this began and my repair guy still hasn't seen his money. He keeps saying he has mailed the payment but still nothing. So tired of fighting with Ben over a couple of hundred dollars. Guess you get what you pay for. I do not recommend

I called late on a Monday afternoon and got answered promptly. Steve the technician came to my house in a reasonable amount of time. He went out of his way to check and troubleshoot everything and anything that could be wrong. Very conscientious and helpful set my mind at ease. Absolutely highly recommend this company!

This guy is a thief he came to my house to repair my A/C and I have a security camera facing my A/C this creep charged me for 2 pounds of freon and never put any in. Today my A/C is down again. My Home Owners policy sent this crook out. Charged me $195.00 and I asked him if there is a warranty on the work he said yes but it is not on my receipt. He should be turned in to the consumer protection bureau. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. The reason I know he did not put in freon because my units just had freon put in 2 weeks prior to him coming to do the job. The address on the receipt does not match

I don't recommend this company! They don't answer their phones, answer emails and their mailbox is full! What kind of reputable company does that? Big Fail. My A/C went out during the hot summer and this company was assigned the contract. I had to cancel and get someone else. Stay away from these clowns!

I had my house serviced by Phoenix Air Dynamics over a week ago. This was for a rental property. I have called and sent Ben e-mails multiple times asking for an invoice on what the findings were and nobody has sent me anything or has returned my calls. Very disappointed with the lack of follow up and would not recommend working with this company.

We have used this company twice now and their work is great! We had an $8k quote from one company to fix our ac, and this company fixed the problem for less than 2k and not a problem since! Yesterday we called for a family in need of help and they came within hours and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company
