My technician Andy E. was wonderful - he installed a thermostat to remove humidity and before he left, he made sure I understood how it works and how to use it. He even suggested I take notes which I did. I also had a question about how to cool my Florida room and he very promptly provided me with a few tips. All in all, an excellent experience.

They were on time. Andy was very professional and explained everything. He really knew what he was doing!! When I talked to the office they were also very polite and professional, they explained what I should do till Andy got here. They are certainly my go to HVAC company!!

I called Millers this morning because my AC/Heat unit would not power on. I was advised months ago I needed to change my Thermostat wires and I finally did it a few days ago. Thus end result was no power. Danny showed up around noon which is what I was advised. He showed up and promptly got to work. Danny not only resolve my issue which ended up being a bad thermostat which also blew a circuit inside the unit. But also explained to me what needed to be done and what to look for. Danny is a great asset to Millers and will continue to use Millers as long as they have technicians like Danny.

Andy was excellent. Very professional and thorough. 1000% better than my last fall experience with your technician. You better make sure you keep Andy because he is an asset to your business. I was Sr Manager of facilities at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport with 51 technicians and know a star performer when I see one.

And the duct crew Christian, Mason and Willie (he worked so hard) came on a Saturday and did the job. I was so impressed. Highly recommend and Theresa in the office deserves credit too

The company techs were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was not like dealing with a "robot" like with some other service companies. I have used them since I moved to area 19 years ago. Every visit by them was the same service. I would recommend Miller's for any ac/heating needs.

Andy was our service technician he was the absolute best! Very profession, explained in detail our issues that had caused our AC to freeze up. He was efficient, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. This young man deserves recognition for his hard work and most of all his excellent customer service. Scott Harrison was my Millers Tech today. He was on time, thorough, professional , knowledgeable and again Millers Prices are the BEST!
I was a little concerned as i always am with this type of service , as to how much i was going to be invoiced, and they ALWAYS SHOCK ME!
I am VERY PLEASED with the standard of service and great Value i recieved today.
I cannot recommend Millers enough....Have been using them for over 30 yrs, but I'm always a little nervous they're going to become like the rest of the companies and they just never do.

Exceptional! Arrived right on time. Huge job. Ruben was fantastic. Lucky you to have him as an employee. Excellent customer service from Theresa in the office, to Tyler and Christian who first came out to help and access. How wonderful to know that if you are in need of an expensive purchase at least you are doing it with a wonderful honest caring company. Husband with medical condition so AC a must in our heat, came out on Mon tried a repair, needed new unit instead, all done and over with on Thurs in one day. Outstanding!
