Joe, as he's known by his friends and family, was a car nut, born and raised on Long Island. With the exception of the greedy finance manager, who was extremely rude and aggressive upon delivery, Lilian, and the entire staff were extremely pleasant. The dealership did price gouge the current market, which they are entitled to and it was my choice to proceed, but I will never do business with them ever again. Short-term gains (greed), long-term losses. With the above mentioned, I'm very happy with my new vehicle, Lilian, the woman who greets their customers, and a few others in sales are a wonderful staff. That's the only reason my rating is what it is.

Rodney was great in helping me get a brand new Subaru! He answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with making the decision of getting an Outback 2022. The day I went to pick up the car, he showed me everything the car had to offer and let me ask questions again! He didn't rush the process and was friendly and respectful. My go-to place is now Competition Subaru Smithtown!

Very honest, reliable dealer. The price advertised online is the same you will pay at the shop. No hidden additional fees. No games. Our salesman Kirk, was very attentive and helpful. He assisted us and did a great job.
The business manager David was also very nice and did an excellent job getting me a great rate for the financing. The registration process and the plates are all done at the shop so you don't have to worry about any of that. You are all set when you leave the shop with yout new car !! My experience here was amazing and I recommend it to everyone who is looking to buy a car.
