I bought a 2021 Dodge ram 2500 and I was not happy with my purchase. I thought the salesman was very knowledgeable, Maybe I didn't do my homework.but Maybe they should do it there's. You would figure when a customer comes in and starts asking questions the salesman would know exactly what you want. Not everybody walks in the door and knows exactly what they want. that's why they start asking questions. all they want to do is sign papers and collect The check.

If you value your time don’t go here. They’ve cold called me multiple times now to get me out of my lease early with bold expectations just to be told an insane price when I go in. Also, the internal politics of salesman makes me feel more like a piece of property than a customer. I’m very disappointed with my past few experiences there.

I’d like to say that both times I tried taking my car here, I couldn’t based on their hours of operation and my schedule- just never lined up BUT I will say the service writers I spoke with were super nice and did try to accommodate me.
One of them actually took the time out and test drove my vehicle without having an appointment to make sure my issue wasn’t anything dangerous while I tried to make arrangements to bring in the car. So four stars for right now- if and when I can actually get in there- I could bump up to 5 ⭐️

I brought my car here for a new shift cable. (there was a recall on my Dodge Dart so dealer fixed for free). The ONLY issue was the shift cable. I watched the tow truck guy start my car & drive it onto the truck to bring here. They were able to do the recall repair but then told me my battery was dead & it was dead when they received my car. My battery was less than 2 years old & it was working perfectly fine 20 minutes prior to them receiving my car. $340 later for a new battery that I know I didn’t need even.

Had a issue with our new Jeep Renegade and the service department was stellar. Ron assisted us and he was amazing, he provided daily updates until our issue was fixed and ensured it was taken care of. They went above and beyond, fantastic customer service by far my best dealership experience. My wife loves her new Renegade 😊
