After searching multiple dealerships and online my husband and I decided to go to JTL auto. They were great! I highly recommended going there if you’re looking for a new used vehicle they have a lot! Reasonably priced, no hidden fees. Easy process got the truck same day! If you’re looking for friendly no pressure sales from people who treat you like you’re friends or family this is the place! Very pleased with the repair service. After my car would not start, I had it towed to JTL. The previous mechanic at another shop advised me that my engine was seized, and the car was dead. I am glad I got the 2nd opinion from JTL. Robert took the time to thoroughly evaluate my vehicle and discovered that the previous mechanic from the other shop never replaced the timing chain that I paid for, and actually damaged my car. I waited about a year before reviewing my experience with JTL. I went there looking for a car, and the salesman approached me quite nicely. They let me test drive a car that I really wasn't sure that I wanted. I fell in love with the car. I mean a triple black 750li xdrive with 455 hp who wouldn't? Have had no issues, use the shop for maintenance. I happen to have good credit, and was preapproved prior to going in. This place and their partner at dealer depot sold me a truck 2 and a half months ago. Didn't do the maintenance they said they would and gave me a wrong carfax report. According to the carfax attached to the vin the truck had no maintenance for 2 years and they sold me a "great truck". $4200 repair because they couldn't be bothered. When I picked the truck up it apparently had no antifreeze and was 4 quarts low on oil. There were leaking parts and I needed to do the break pads 2 days after I took the truck home. Bunch of crooks and very good at avoiding phone calls. Save yourself

My dad and I went looking around Selden for a certified pre-owned car dealership. We came across JTL Auto Sales Inc. The second we got there we found the perfect car, a 2011 Jeep Patriot with 63,000 miles. It had black leather interior, a sunroof, new sound system, touch screen radio and more. Be very, very careful. They don't give you important information about the cars, such as recalls and dangerous problems on the highway, such as what happened with a family and baby. They are rude and seem to make up reviews on their website such as the one from Steve Wonder. Go elsewhere for your used car.

These guys have become like family to me. I got my first car there when i turned 18 and they helped me get a loan with no credit. They have always been honest and fair when it comes to trade ins and pricing and have always given me the best deal possible. When I purchased my wife's car the people that sold it to us where great! No complaints on that end. The service department is where the problem is. They told us if anything is wrong we have three months or 3000 miles and it will be fixed no problem. My wife took her car there to have a few minor things looked at that weren't working inside the car which I figured would be covered since it was less than 3 months. Instead of telling us over the phone that those specific things wouldn't be covered, they said bring it in. We left the car there all day. This guy from the service department

I bought a truck from here and have to say that I am very pleased. Rich, an older gentleman was my salesman and he was very honest and upfront from the start. He let me know that they do a soft credit run to see where they can get me the best deal PRIOR to running my credit. And that is what happened. My payments are below what I wanted. The interest is high as is the mileage, but this vehicle is to boost my credit and be reliable for a year or so. Honestly, the dealership is great and the employees are too. Paula P. - STAY AWAY from JTL Auto!! Our Son & daughter-in-law bought a 2012 Hyundai SUV from this dealership ONLY 7 MONTHS ago & took out a 5 year loan for it. They put on only a little over 3,000 miles & the timing chain completely snapped on their SUV which in turn seized their engine! Our nephew who has worked at Mavis tires for over 25 years said he's never heard of a timing chain breaking on ANY VEHICLE under 100,000 miles -- this SUV has less than 70,000 miles!!!! Five stars all the way for this family owned and operated business. How many used car dealers have been around for over 50 years? They're obviously doing something right! The staff really goes out of their way to accommodate their customers. Highly recommended, purchased several cars here throughout the years without any major issues, and any problems with the vehicles (these were used cars after all) were rectified quickly.

This place is THE BEST!!! After going to over 20 different places/dealers, looking at hundreds of different vehicles and meeting all sorts of crazy salesman I finally landed at JTL Auto in Selden where I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service and great selection of vehicles. All the guys who worked there where so extremely friendly and helpful in getting me into this beautiful BMW x5 I had my eye on!!! This was the worst experience of buying a vehicle in my entire life well I never ever go back to this dealership again they completely lied to me and many issues with a vehicle I paid $8000 for a used truck and the air conditioner doesn't work I haven't put no more than 800 miles on the truck the head gasket blown molding fell off and window regulators were broken they fix some of the issues put a new air conditioner compressor and still didn't work blowing hot air brought back left the truck for 5 days for them to tell me they only took 1 hour to look into it couldn't find

I bought a 2001 Silverado in the summer (with 150,000 miles so I wasn't expecting perfection). I happened to be in the area and stopped in to see if they could refer me to a body shop that could fix the slight rust in the bedsides(very common on this model truck) the shop they referred me to was straightforward, had great prices and got me the truck back looking like new! aside from regular maintenance and two new tires this truck has been great! when im ready to upgrade ill be back!!
