I can not even begin to tell you how WONDERFUL Jake was. WOW.
One of the best professional experiences I've had in a long time. We are in a new house with a new gas fireplace and he talked me through about 500 of my questions with patience, clarity and extensive knowledge. He also did a thorough inspecting under the house, inside the fireplace and on the roof.

We recently used Clean Sweep 317 for some needed chimney repairs and a ventless log conversion. Jake came out to perform the initial inspection/quote and was very friendly and informative. He was able to assess the current fireplace and chimney condition and lay out the areas that needed repairs while also giving a few options for the end result. Sam and his team came out yesterday to complete the work scheduled to be done on my chimneys. From the estimate completed earlier by Jake, to the finished project just completed by this team, I am very pleased and satisfied. Their work and professionalism is exceptional.

Jake was a consummate professional during the entire inspection and sweep process. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. He took the extra time to show me detailed photos of the interior and exterior chimney structure and components and explained what needed immediate attention vs. what were considered minor defects and something to keep an eye on. I never felt like Jake was trying to oversell me on services I didn't need. Honesty, integrity and professionalism go a long way with me. Clean Sweep 317 completed a service job on our chimney yesterday to replace the exterior wood trim on our chimney and install a new stainless steel chase cover for the chimney. The Clean Sweep 317 Team did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the care and concern taken and the expertise displayed.
