I called today to get a quote on a new key, or possibly a new lock. I explained in detail exactly what was going on, and the owner, for some odd reason, continued suggesting that it may be “more than that”, no matter how detailed of a description I gave. I simply needed a key to be re-made but he obviously had no interest in serving me. I looked online at the services they offer and have seen that they offer EXACTLY what I stated I needed. I called back to get clarification three times, he has literally ignored my calls. So what is the real issue? I never leave reviews but I had to this time

After locking my keys in my car a few days ago, I was struggling to find a locksmith near me that was not only reasonable on price and punctual but trusting of me when I said that I am the owner of the vehicle. The owner of the company, Mr. Travis, not only reassured me on the phone that he could do what I was asking and called back to let me know where he was coming from at the moment but he was kind, friendly and absolutely professional. I hardly ever give a review with 5 stars, but this company A to Z Locksmith (Travis) deserves it today. My wife had locked her keys in her suv and we couldn’t find the spare. I called A to Z for help. I talked to Travis and he was on another job but he would be out as quick as he can. It was much more than an hour when he pulled up and had our suv… unlocked in a matter of minutes. He was very professional and clean cut. The price was a little less then what others had quoted me.
