Sam the safe locksmith was very professional. I was having trouble with a broken combination lock on an old gun safe. He was able to drill it out and replace it with a new lock. I think the price was reasonable. The only reason it's not a five star is the telephone handling of messages at the office is poor.

Our technician came to our home in a timely fashion on a weekend. We needed a licksmith to remove the lock on the cage surrounding our unit so an ac repairman could come out and work on the unit. We had already tried bolt cutters and a hacksaw since we did not have the key. He was in and out in 20 minutes and the ac man could fix our ac unit.

VERY impressed with the service from Quality Safe & Lock. Locked out of my house, called several companies, all of which seemed rushed or busy and could not give me a time estimate without calling me back. The pro who answered at Quality Safe & Lock did not seem rushed, came across as genuinely wanting to help me out, and set up for a technician to be out, all without placing me on hold or having to call me back.
The technician, Leonard, called an hour earlier than our scheduled time, showed up, was professional and got three locks opened pretty quickly. To top it off the price for all this was
