The plumbers, Max and Marshall, were on time, professional, and completed the work much more quickly than quoted. Their work to install a soaking tub, tub filler, and bathroom vanity with double sinks was impeccable. Lance Maxwell is the only plumbing service we will use in the future.

This morning I attempted to remove/install a kitchen faucet. Around noon as I removed the old one, I managed to break the hot water pipe coming out of the wall. Water was flooding the kitchen. I turned off the water at the street and turned to Lance Maxwell Plumbing. They have a great reputation in the area and were referred by a friend. I called them at 1pm. They said the were busy but could have someone out by 5pm which was fine by me. Around 3pm, the dispatcher called and said one of their plumbers had finished early and was on the way over. I called around to several plumbers, and many of them wanted to charge me anywhere from 175-200 bucks JUST to unclog the drain I was dealing with. Kitchen sink was clogged, I tried every trick in the book but I'm just not a plumber. They told me their rates, very affordable, so I scheduled a date that was a week out and they put me on the wait list in case someone cancelled. Someone cancelled and they came out the next business day. The plumber was very nice, we had some short conversation and he was very knowledgeable. I have used Lance Maxwell Plumbing several times, but the last two times, I’ve had Marshall. I would recommend him for his professionalism , his detail to his work and his attentiveness. He installed a toilet and a vanity for me. He had to make some adjustments for the vanity to fit properly and made it look like it was bought that way. He leaves the area clean and takes all the trash with him. He is a definite professional and cares about his work.

We recently hired Lance Maxwell Plumbing for a simple garbage disposal. After a quick diagnostic, it was determined the existing disposal was shot and needed to be replaced. Our plumber (Marshall) didn’t have a unit in his truck but we were scheduled two days later. Marshall was the plumber who showed up for this job. He arrived slightly after the window but he made an effort to let me know when he was on his way. I was scheduled for the last call of the day so it wasn’t a problem.

We first used Lance Maxwell Plumbing when we had an emergency some years ago and saw their truck with the number on the side. We were so impressed with their service, responsiveness, professional attitude that we don't go anywhere else. Their plumbers even clean up after themselves, what a pleasant surprise?!
