I had a shower valve go bad that was put in by bathplanet. It was warrantied so i called them. Rock solid plumbing is associated with them so they sent them out. The plumber showed up and looked in my shower. He didnt even take the face plate off to look at the valve. He told me he could change the cartridge but might damage the valve doing that. He said he needed to make a call. Comes back in and tells me i need to call Mowen so they could send me a new valve. He said they could come back after i called mowen and the new valves arrived. I asked why was i not told this 8 days earlier when i made
