Prior to my husband's death, the payments to Elite were made by him on a monthly basis. He complained several times that his card on file was charged without getting an invoice. When I took over the monthly payments I was shocked at the amounts they were charging. And without proper explanations. We have a very small pool and a $400 monthly bill seemed excessive. There were multiple treatments according to them - and all just charged to his card - I only got an invoice when I said I wouldn't pay without one. Very unprofessional and I switched companies.

Do not do work for Justin Kingsley nor hire him at Elite Pools to do anything. He is untrustworthy and dis-honest.
Quoted a fence job $750(paint) 600ft at 50% less then anyone would have.
Justin said the neighborhood kids primered what they could just paint the rest. Used 7-8 gallons the first night, worked until 10pm(ran out of paint).
Came back two days later to two gallons of primer and 5 gallons more paint. Was asked to finish the primer when already told to just paint it. We said ok and primered the rest anyways. Then took the 5 gallons and finished the primary portion

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve honestly never been more disappointed in a service I’ve used than the “service” provided by elite. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your pool service needs. We had multiple issues with what they came out and “did” when they actually showed up. I hate leaving negative reviews and we tried multiple times to correct the situation with them to no avail. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Not very impressed with this company. I was told that opening the pool would be $200 + 75ish for chemicals. They were scheduled to come on Tuesday between 8 -10. I called at 10:30 when no one had shown up and they said they would send him out. Apparently, he had already been at my house but I just didn't know because he never let me know he was here. I have two large dogs who usually are outside but luckily weren't at the time or he probably would have gotten bit. It doesn't seem like good business practice to let yourself into someone's backyard without knowing if they had dogs or anything. This

These folks are great to work with. Courteous , considerate and very quick to respond to your needs. Very polite and respectful of your property. They put in a beautiful pool for our daughter's family and we stopped by frequently to see the progress. Based on my observation and seeing the final project , I would highly recommend this company for any pool needs you might have including designing, installation and maintenance. Really good people with great ethics.

Elite Pools takes care of our pool. They do the weekly cleaning and maintenance, they have automated our pool so that we can control it with our phone, they have repaired/replaced equipment and most recently did a complete remodel of our pool. They are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have always been very responsive when we had a problem getting something to work — like switching from pool mode to spa mode. When we remodeled the pool, they educated me on available materials like Pebble Tec (which I didn’t know existed) and helped me make selections to get the most value for my money

I was in a pure frantic frenzy when we woke up over the weekend to a GREEN pool! My son is getting baptized in our backyard pool on the 4th of July- just days away! I called and left a voice message over the weekend and sent a crazy mom Facebook message, in hopes of getting a return call on Monday morning.
