We chose Tulsa Custom Pools after consulting several pool builder in the Tulsa area and we have not been disappointed! Josh with Custom Pools is incredibly knowledgeable, precise and accommodating. Throughout the the process we were very pleased with everyone we have dealt with. Drew and Jay did excellent work on the pool install and the concrete crew was quick and thorough.

Custom put in our pool late Summer 2020 and we would definitely recommend! Josh is great and still responds quickly to our calls even when they are about maintenance, which is really kind of him! Our pool project started in early February 2021 and was completed in early June 2021. Other than our project taking forever (due to weather) we had a really good experience! Our yard is pretty small with limited access and they made it all work. We absolutely love how everything turned out! Josh’s crew are all great people! Josh was great at giving me recommendations when I wasn’t sure what to choose (liner color, steps, etc.). I will admit it was a little hard to get status updates at times (they were very busy), but after we had a conversation about that things got much better with regular

Approximately 7 months ago we started our journey on our unground pool project, after careful consideration we decided to go with a fiberglass unground pool. After that decision was made then came the daunting task of deciding who we were going to trust with this project. After many quotes we got a chance to meet with Josh from custom pools, immediately after meeting him we knew we had found our pool company. When we decided to put in a pool we spent months researching which type (plaster, fiberglass, or liner). Once we knew that, we spent about the same amount of time researching which company we wanted to go with.
Going with Custom was the only choice for us. A Latham shell, being backfilled with gravel. and the job being performed by Custom was a no brainer. Its was a first class job. I'm a detail oriented man, and every detail was taken care of.
I've never had a pool installed before, but I knew with a job this big there's gonna be mistakes. Not only that, but with the amount of Pools his crew

We absolutely recommend Custom Pools. It was a shot in the dark for us moving from out of state without having any referrals, and we are so glad we chose them. Even with circumstances out of anyone’s control, Josh worked hard to keep our pool completion on schedule as much as possible and communicated with us frequently to keep us updated. He took lots of time to answer all of our questions and explain things to us. If you’re putting in a pool, this is the team to do it.

Josh and the entire team at Custom Pools are absolutely amazing. Every single person was profession, courteous and respectful while going through the construction process. Josh is very proactive and helps guide you through what can be a challenging process. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a pool. Custom Pools did a great job on our pool and we are very pleased. This was our first experience with a pool and Josh visited our home and answered questions prior to the build. We knew what to expect before the project began and had great communication throughout the process. Josh was great about returning calls, answering questions during the build, communicating the steps and giving us an idea of the anticipated time of completion on each step. Loved the end result, Josh and his crew was great to work with, i got to know Chris and his crew very well and they made sure to build it as if it was going into their backyard. Custom pools isn't just a name of the company, if you choose to work with Josh he will truly customize your thoughts into the pool of your dreams. I know in my case from the original quote we made several changes and additions and thats what i was looking for in a builder, someone that had the vision and flexibility to pull of what we now call the "Jones Resort" and we LOVE IT!
