Our Preventative Maintenance Contracts are offered at $150 per system. Maintenance programs include all of your key checkpoints, including cleaning condenser coils and blowing out drains, in the spring and fall-- assuring your system is ready for the season! Shane replaced part of one of our units in August. He did a great job! I texted him today (New Years Eve) to ask a simple question about the unit. He insisted on coming by to check it out-he not only came out late afternoon but also took time to install our new thermostat! I would definitely recommend him for any of your ac/heating needs.

We have been working with Shane for a couple of years now and he and his team are wonderful! The team did a great job installing a whole new system, and Shane always makes himself available when the older system needs support. While out of town our main AC unit stopped cooling. We called Southern Air Services, LLC in Lake Dallas. Shawn quickly determined the AC compressor in our 2-year-old American Standard was no longer working. He thought it might have been due to storms and a lightning induced power surge while we were out of town. He ordered a warranty replacement compressor from American Standard and installed it the next day. The unit worked fine for a day or so and then no longer cooled. Southern Air Services and Shane Dendy. We cannot say enough good things about them. We live in a two-story house with separate HVAC units for each floor. Our last replacement systems did not include a heat pump and the heating and cooling were always uneven from one end of the house to the other. We were at the point where to reach any acceptable type of cool temperature this summer was going to cost a fortune in repairs and an immediate outlay of around $300 in coolant – a problem which would keep on happening. Furnace stopped working during the worst possible time- last week's freeze in Texas. Southern Air came same day I needed them, they fixed my furnace same day (other AC company said would take days and o few hundred dollars more). Professional and accurate. Shane and his team set the standard for high quality customer service and communication. 18 months ago they installed a new heat pump system in my house(both the outdoor and indoor units), which included the relocation of the indoor unit from the first floor to the attic. It works great. The system can be monitored remotely - Shane contacted me to alert me to an issue with the system, and made an appointment to check it out. I appreciate the attention to detail, on-time arrival, and the willingness to take the time to provide explanations and answer questions. I highly recommend Southern Air Services
