Your air conditioning system is actually designed with two separate units which perform together to provide you the ultimate comfort you deserve. The unit on the outside of your home contains a liquid refrigerant that is distributed over the coil located indoors. As the coolant transports itself the heat and humidity are removed from the air and your comfort is maintained by cooling the house.
Just because you are having problems with your air conditioning system doesn't necessarily mean you have to replace the entire unit. AC condenser fan and compressor stopped operating, acting like they weren’t getting enough voltage. John came out right away and diagnosed it as the motor capacitor being faulty and swapped it out with a new one, and gave the condenser coils a quick wash down. He was quick, efficient, honest, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and explained everything he was doing.

There is a reason the reviews are all 5 stars. Excellent company that will not take advantage of its customers. I tried to install a new google nest thermostat, key word being “tried”. Long story short I blew my fuse. They came out same day, educated me on what happened and how to avoid it. Fair price, fast response time and very friendly service. Will recommend them and continue to use them in the future.

My AC stop working on a Sunday at 5pm . I called several places that claim to be 24/7 and all were unavailable. Then I ran across Apostle and gave them a call. John took my call and assured me he’d be out and gave me a timeframe. He came and fixed my problem within 30 mins. He was so humble and nice . I would definitely use this company again and recommend. Trust me, when I give a 5 star review , it’s well deserved!!

I called John today around 2pm. My AC was acting up and it was 91 inside my house. John was able to come by and it took 10 minutes and we were back in business. This is a busy time of year for him and he was still able to get is taken care of. John is very nice, prompt and very reasonable on pricing. Have used them twice and both times was extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and service. Called one time late at night and he was out almost immediately to diagnose the problem and got it fixed the next morning (needed a new motor). Second time my AC froze up and he came by in between jobs to take a look and get me taken care of! Amazing person! Feeling blessed to have such an honest and reliable person in The Colony to turn to in times of need. Thank you for all you do!

John was scrupulously honest and answered all of my questions regarding what I needed; he was ethical, professional, and cared a great deal about my satisfaction. John and Chris have done work for me, my family and my friends. They always do a great job for a very reasonable price. I have never heard any negative feedback from the 8-10 times he has done work for one of us. They have done minor repairs to full systems.
John took care of my mother's HVAC issue today even though it is way off his beaten path. I just got out of the hospital so when she called about her AC I knew exactly who to call. He got her fixed up quickly and inexpensively.

John and Chris are great techs. They care about quality. They are very knowledgeable, and they are reasonable. Chris is a high level tech support. When other techs are having a hard time, he's the one they call for help. John couldn't be nicer. He's helped me out at really inconvenient times and has even gone out of his way to come service my new house, which is a bit outside their service area. Can't recommend them enough. Stop looking and call them.

John at Apostle Air is wonderful. Temps today were pushing 110 and my AC went out late yesterday afternoon. I called my go-to repair service last night (Friday) and was told the soonest they could come would be Monday. My daughter in law recommended that I call John. Even though his schedule was beyond full, he managed to fit me in when he was in my area in under 2 hours. Super nice guy. I highly recommend him without hesitation. I will be using his services from here on in.

I called John about 2 PM and he indicated he will be over soon as he was finished with his day. I didn't expect same day service at 2 pm. He arrived about 7 pm. He informed me and taught me about my air-conditioner. Old Freon and possible options etc. The unit had frozen up and was not working properly but was still running. He cleaned the outside and the inside parts. Apparently Cottonwood trees can do a number on your air-conditioner outside and neglect doesn't do it any favors on the inside. John truly saved us after a very long 24 hours. My husband placed a call to Apostle Air yesterday after our air conditioning in our home turned off unexpectedly. After four years in the home, this is the first time we have encountered any issues with our A/C. John not only tried to walk my husband over the phone through troubleshooting but offered to come out on the Memorial Day holiday for a diagnostic and to hopefully fix the issue. These guys are top notch. We have used them repeatedly on both our home and rental property. They show up when they say they will (and response time is very reasonable) Their work is done right the first time and I have yet to be disappointed with the amount charged. I like the fact that they will take the time to explain the problem and my options.

A/C went out early evening on a Friday! Was getting boiling inside the house and we just couldn't wait. Popped into google, emergency A/C repair and saw that Apostle had excellent ratings so decided to give it a go, and so glad we did. John was nothing but nice and helpful! He promptly came out and within 30 minutes or less our A/C was back up and running. Worth every penny!

Can not speak highly or recommend strongly enough. 100 degrees out and our AC stops working. We called Apostle and they were out within 3 hours, immediately diagnosed and fixed our unit for 1/10th of what I figured I'd get charged given experiences with other HVAC companies. John was our technician, he was very nice, very honest in his evaluation and even gave us recommendations to prevent it from happening again.

I highly recommend Apostle Air! Our 12 year old air conditioning unit went out on Sunday. I called another company on Monday to get an estimate. They were fine but I thought their quote was a little high. I always get a 2nd quote on big purchase items. I called Apostle Air on Tuesday at around 4:45 p.m. I was told by Chris that he could meet me in 15 minutes. I asked if I could just give him the specs could he just give a quote but he really wanted to see the system and there would be no charge. He was at my house in 15 minutes! He looked it all over, I told him what system I was leaning

I cannot recommend Apostle Air strongly enough. 45 minutes after the initial call to Apostle Air, Chris was out to the house to see why our A/C would not cool off in the afternoons. It was 6 PM when they were called! Turns out the whole HVAC system needed to be replaced as it was at least 17 years old (the A/C unit was installed in 1997). After getting the approval to do the job, we were told that he and his crew would be back between 8:30 and 9:00 AM the next day, and they were here at 8:30.
