Michael and Matt from Clean Sweep were wonderful to work with. They helped us with all of our fireplaces. I called Clean Sweep to discuss issues regarding the work they did to my chimney one year ago. Two weeks went by with no phone call. Today I called to follow up and my call went to voicemail, but the voicemail box was full! I recommend that you look elsewhere. With something as safety critical as a chimney, you need a company that you can trust. Your life depends on it.

I called Clean Sweep Chimney Service to come out and get an estimate for my chimney. The guys who originally came out were very nice. I believe Cullen was one of the guys that came out. They told me I did not need a liner, and they would provide me with an estimate in two days, a written estimate. Two things had to be done, one was the inside of the fireplace, and then work needed to be done with the Chimney exterior. I was told the estimate will be broken down in 2 areas, one for the interior/exterior (paraphrased) because I was told I could wait until the spring to fix the exterior of the fireplace

I had a last minute real estate need and these guys stepped up big time! I called them at 9 in the morning and they were able to come out and inspect my clients chimney by 3 pm. Their workers were professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what they had found to my client. Their report was user friendly and clearly explained what the issue was. Absolutely would recommend them.

I posted a request for an appointment online and within less than a minute was contacted by phone. Your representative was very rude, impatient and unclear as to what was expected from me in the initial call so I started to explain what I needed. I am not a chimney expert so of course my explanation was not very clear as I certainly did not use correct chimney terminology. He became very annoyed , abruptly interrupted me, and said he was very clear from the beginning that he was calling to simply set up a site visit. I told his intention was not clear so he then told me to call someone else. Not

Honest and prompt service. If you have any chimney issues, call clean Sweep. I called another company (ace of diamonds) and they told me it needed $2000 of work. Clean Sweep told me they could do that work but it isn't necessary because nothing will happen either way. I'd call them again in a heartbeat if there was a problem.

I just had some maintenance work done on my pre-fab chimney and these guys were a pleasure to work with. There was originally a small misunderstanding that resulted in a scheduling snafu, but on the day that they arrived they were on time, finished the job quickly, offered friendly advice, and above all, incredibly friendly! I would be more than happy to refer them to my friends and family, and when I need work done in the future I'll be returning to them!
