Let me be clear. I did not have a service performed by them but I had the best experience contacting them. Nowadays it is hard to come by companies that can treat you as their customer even if you do not have business with them. The man I spoke with about my issue quickly advised me that the job I needed done on my chimney was not of his expertise but he took the time to educate me and help me understand so many things about how things are supposed to work and gave me direction to follow and explain codes and regulations.
