SCAM ARTIST!!! Owner is rude and does not stand by his company's work. said he would come out and see why our basement continues to fill with smoke and instead called and said he was sending us a check for $500.00. Thinks offering us a pittance of what we paid back will make me go away. Not a chance, will be contacting an attorney. DO NOT use this company

Owner was rude and didn't allow me to talk. Came to repair chimney approximately 3 years ago. Due to peak season, he offered to repair chimney for free if I could wait until January. This was back in October. Workers finally came, but owner said they would come back next week to repair chimney with 2 furnaces attached. He would "only" charge $1500. He denied saying work would be done for free & hung up after I asked him to listen to me. Also said for Workers to Not turn furnace back on despite being cold outside. No heat since October. Very disappointed & hurtful.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. One star is being generous. We are still dealing with leaks in our newly installed slate roof. Wven after several years We are still having to repair large plaster areas on walls and ceilings in three rooms. They made a mess of our house and had to send in multiple crews just to complete a mediocre installation. The owner Mike wasn’t even licensed with the MHIC to sell for this company. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was a shame, as my well respected neighbor recommended them. He did not even have the decency to apologize. I am surprised

I needed a liner and wood stove installed. As a DIY individual, I had already figured out how much materials should cost and I would figure out the rest from there...however time was not on my side. I called in the pros. The owner showed up for an estimate and was more than reasonable with pricing. It was quick and painless with no pressure. I set up an appointment with the scheduler and she was knowledgeable and on point about everything. The installer came and faced many challenges, but worked multiple days to insure

Mike and his crew are the most responsive and best in the industry. He was our 2nd estimate and came in far less than the first, yet he did much more for us in the long run. Plus he stands behind his work. Just today, 4 months after he made our repairs, our chimney was having problems and he called me within minutes and explained my problem. I scheduled an inspection and the owner Mike Shipe showed up. He inspected my fireplace both inside and out and gave me a price for some repair work that was needed. The price seemed reasonable and Mike was professional. It was a better experience than a previous inspection that I had done a year ago by a larger company in the area.

Do not bother with them. We had an appointment for a chimney cleaning in August, but after 2 no-shows (one with a really wild excuse), and finally showing up almost an hour past the appointment window the third time today, he took a quick look at my fireplace and pointed out a few things, then started to leave. I asked if he was going to clean the fireplace and he said that the appointment was for an inspection. I said that I made a cleaning appointment not an inspection, so he calls his receptionist on speaker phone to "prove" that I made an inspection appointment... supposedly they always say

Very Rude and Unprofessional!
I needed an inspection/quote for my chimney. When I go the call to set up a time and date Mike was very rude and short with me. I still went ahead and set up a meeting with him because I heard he did good work. We had an inspection set up for 7-7:30 am. I never received an in-route call. When I called at 7:30 he said he was 25 minutes out. At 8:15 he was still not at my house. I called again, they claimed no one was home and so he went to his next appointment. I was home and awake since 7. He never showed up and they never contacted or apologized for the no-show.

I was really pleased with the work done around our foundation, and our dryer vent cleaning. First, I made an appointment to have the inspection and quote from the owner, Michael. He’s a down-to-business kind of guy, and was able to walk with me around the property to explain what his team will do. He gave me the quote, and I scheduled the work with his office for later in the week. The three workers that came out were very professional and speedy. I would recommend that you use their services if you want fast and reliable service.
