We've had problems with our automatic ice maker in our freezer. Previous service we've used was difficult to contact and took forever to complete repair. Called Rich's Appliance Repair and was pleasantly surprised someone answered the phone right away. Very friendly service. Rich arrived on time and fixed the problem with the ice maker promptly. Service call charge was very reasonable. Will definitely refer friends and family to Rich's Appliance Repair!

Rich was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue (fault with the manufacture of the freezer unit) and fixed it. The charge was more than reasonable. Riches was absolutely awesome. They had parts for my dryer when nobody else did. They are also very reasonable. The part I needed for some reason was priced from 40 to 120.00 and they charged 50.00 for it. I was completely satisfied with their shop. Thank you Riches Appliance

Rich repaired the door seal on our freezer a year or so ago. So pleased with his professional demeanor and ability to get the job done. So, when the igniter on our gas range stopped working, we called Rich, without hesitation. And again, he did not disappoint. On time, professional, very personable and he fixed the stove.
