READ THE LOW REVIEWS! Customer service is the absolute worst with this company. It is family owned. The apple truly does not fall far from the tree with these guys. Everyone from the "owner" to the bottom, "customer service" is downright terrible. It is clear that there has never been training within the company. They cant figure out how to diagnose a simple ice maker, making more work for everyone involved. My ice machine worked TEMPORARILY but never properly after one "technician" came out. They company called to set up another appointment (kudos), I let them know that the ice machine was running

My dishwasher was not drying or cleaning my dishes. I called to have it repaired. They said they would be able to come fix it in a week, as they were booked out. They showed up 3 days later and did a fantastic job! They were very quick to respond and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!!

I have had All Valley Appliance Repair come out for several repairs. They have serviced my dryer, washer, and dishwasher for various reasons and each time has been an amazing experience. They are kind, curteous, very open about what needs to be looked at, on time, and affordable. I don't feel like they are going to nickel and dime me and they usually come in under other bids I get. Once when they replaced a hose in my dishwasher, it had issues draining. So they prioritized me the next day to double check it at no additional charge. It was a simple matter of adjusting where the dishwasher was placed

We had all valley out to our property 3 times, first job they installed a heater. two months later the heater somehow got disconnected from the refrigerator and we had to pay full price to plug it back in. The person we talked to said it was our fault. Third visit they said it was the fridge seal and tried to charge us over $200 just for that even though they didn't check anything else with the fridge. Never use these guys.

What started as a request for a repair of a leaking dishwasher through Land Mark, ended up being a nightmare as the technician that came out ended up breaking our console from trying to fix the handle on the dishwasher (as a nice to do, he said the spring just needed to be popped back in place). He took the front apart to do so and in the process stripped two of the four screws, which caused the console to not work as the connections needed the pressure from the screws (if you push on the console the lights come on, but it is otherwise now a electronically dead dishwasher). They were very responsive. Came quickly the next day to fix our dryer. It was full of lint, he took it apart, cleaned it, replaced the belt and large vent hose, and it worked like a charm after. Provided guidance on how to replace items to take care of it moving forward, great job, highly recommend!

All Valley appliance Repair was honest, prompt, and quick to diagnose the issues with my Refrigerator. They went above and beyond the required service I expected to get the job done. I appreciate companies like these. They truly care about the customer. I will definitely call them again with services I need done in the future.

They came; assessed the problems; ordered parts; parts arrived; they returned and installed... it works great now and I don't have to buy a new range. We bought a new GE stack washer/dryer, got it picked up, delivered and installed a couple weeks ago... still covered under warranty, I called All Valley Appliance Repair... they came out and diagnosed that we needed a new control plate... they ordered it and about 10 days later they installed the new one and it is working fine now. Cannot say enough about their customer service and concern for their clients. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks All Valley Appliance Repair!

I thought my dishwasher had a leak but it was just some water on the floor. I ran it again and kept looking at the floor. No water or trouble. I had set a appointment hurriedly and regretted it cause the man was on his way over to my house. I called and told him I re ran it and didn't see any leaks. They were very nice and were going to come right out. Very much impressed even though I never actually met them. I would call them for future use as they weren't needed today. Highly recommended!!
