Telco technicians are factory trained by Samsung, LG, Electrolux, Fridigaire, Ge, and Haier to service and repair home, laundry, and kitchen appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges/ovens.

Services
COD repairs carry a 90 day labor and same parts warranty from date of pick up. This warranty can not be extended. We suggest that you "test" your product soon after picking it up. Manufacturer and extended warranties are valid only if the product is within the warranty period regardless of when previous repairs may have been performed.
Whether in warranty or out you can ship your unit to our facility. We always recommend insuring your unit, and in the package please provide something with your contact info, and if under warranty we will need a copy of the bill of sale. Contacted Telco due to my washer not working properly. We were still able to use our washer on one cycle. Technician came out and said computer board needed replaced. After his visit the door locked and we couldn't use our washer. Waited two weeks for the parts and another Technician came out. He said the computer is not the problem and wanted to replace the wiring harness. I said ok but I would still like the computer board replaced and the door lock sensor. On Wednesday Nov. 3rd around 4:00 pm we noticed our LG fridge wasn’t cooling. I was leaving on a business trip the next day at 3:45 am. I first called LG because the fridge was only about 3.5 years old. LG was already closed for the day. I looked up repair places in our area. The first place didn’t work on LG but gave the name of two places that did. The first place was closed. The 2nd place was Telco. I've never written an online review but Telco deserves it.
I bought a floor model Samsung 55" HDTV and withing 8 months, the screen started acting up.
I called tech support and they set-up a work ticket with Telco.
Eileen got back to me super fast and Wes told me the names of the techs that would be at my house as soon as Samsung delivered the replacemet part.
Mind you, I am in Yakima, WA and Telco is in Boise, ID.
Jessica was the service tech in Yakima and was at my house 10 minutes EARLY, and even with a trinee on-hand - had my TV unmounted and, repaired and back-up in less than 40 minutes

So only reason they get a 1 is because they showed up. Brian is a rude, arrogant, disrespectful "tech". All he wanted to do was finish his day. When you buy a Samsung double oven, beautiful appliance 5 months ago from RC Willey, only for it to fry at the power cord into the back and short out the whole appliance, you expect an empathetic tech to come out and do his job without attitude. Telco is a poor choice RC Willey and Samsung!

Last month our Samsung 2015 refrigerator, with the ice maker in the refrigerator section (not the freezer section) stopped producing ice. We have the double doors with the ice & water despenser on the outside of the left door. From what I have read on the Facebook Samsung page, many customers are unhappy with this model as their ice makers are freezing up & stopped working. I'm not here for that issue though. Samsung eventually agreed to replace the ice maker free for parts & labor and sent out a technician within days on May 8, 2019.

After numerous service calls on our dishwasher, Telco was recommended as a last ditch effort to look at the motherboard and see if they could fix it rather than us having to replace it at the cost of about $400. For about $15 and in about 15 minutes they were able to solder a spot. Over a year later, and the dishwasher is still running great!! Thank you Telco!!
