Danny's Dad owned Bill's Mammoth Appliance in Mammoth Lakes, CA for over 20 years, as well as the Crowley Lake Laundromat. As a young boy, and into his teen years, Danny was surrounded by appliances! He would go with his dad on service calls and hand him tools while he worked on the Laundromat machines.

I called Misty this morning after seeing the good reviews on Angie's list. Through that conversation she was able to give me a part number and I picked up the part myself. Within an hour of my phone call to Misty the tech Eric was at the door. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient. He repaired the dishwasher and checked very carefully to make sure there were no post-repair leaks or drain issues.

We are renters and Alltech is the appliance company our management company uses for repairs. I am so glad! From our washer going out to our oven to, most recently, our dishwasher they have been great. Every person I have interacted with through Alltech has been professional and courteous and our appliances are fixed in a timely manner every time. Great work Alltech!

Jason was very professional. He got my washer up and running in no time. Another company told me it was the drain pump after pushing a few buttons and being here for about 10 minutes. Jason showed up and said it was likely that the coin catch was clogged and that he'd check that first and he was right! Saved me $140 on a part that wasn't needed. Thank you again Alltech for your quick response and repair!

Best in Boise! Only repair company in Boise that guarantees a call back in three hours! Misty called me back within an hour and Jason, the Alltech expert, was at my house within the next hour. I was impressed with their promptness but even more impressed with the speed, quality and cost of Jason's work. He can fix anything! Best value, best service and highest quality of expertise in town.

I found first being able to talk about my fridge repair needs to the staff and repair personnel before actually coming out was great. Jason, their service technician, was able to help make the decision to have the service.
Jason came out and knew my concern was based on cost and assured me we would get so far and he had a plan to meet my needs at least temporarily. He was polite and courteous doing his job and meeting my repair basic needs. Although we did determine there was a leak and also my evaporation coil is rusting, he did what I asked and suggested the further repairs
