We called Cody's for repair on our gas fireplace. Their technician Berle
was professional and thorough. He found the issue promptly and provided an estimate to repair it. We approved the repair and it was completed. After the repair Berle vacuumed the fireplace and cleaned the class.
We are very happy with the service from Cody's and would use them again for appliance repair.

My insurance company hired on Cody's Appliance repair to fix our leaking washer. They did not communicate with the insurance about the repairs so later we found that the part was not covered by insurance. This part was not quoted before hand and ended up being a bill we did not want to pay. If we had known it was not covered by insurance I would have found a way to fix the washer myself.

Matt came out first to diagnose what was wrong with my dishwasher. He called before he came out. He told me needed new parts and would call when they arrived. I got a call the following week, they setup an appointment . The part was installed. Matt ran a test cycle to make sure everything was okay and there were no leaks. Matt was extremely professional and I will definitely use Cody's in the future, if needed.

I called the night before to have my dryer repaired. They had someone who could meet me the next morning, Saturday, at 9:00. I mentioned that I had to leave by 10:30. The repair tech called the night before and said he could be there a bit before 9. Showed up at 8:50 and started into the dryer. Replaced the parts that needed it and out the door by 10:20 with a 3-year warranty. I couldn't ask for better service, care and communication. They are saved in my contact list for future repairs and recommendations.
