When we send two professionals, there will be a lead professional and they will take half the time to use up the man hours booked. Nevertheless, there's no change in cost because the man hours spent on the cleaning will still be the same.

I was there was 1/2 star in rating.Horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We moved to a rental house.we hired them for deep cleaning which includes cleaning cabinets, wiping windows from inside, cleaning stove, oven, refrigerator. None of this was done. Floor were not swept or mopped, bathrooms not cleaned, trash cans not emptied, kitchen counter top was all dusty, furniture not dusted ( there was minimal furnitures), cob webs everywhere. And yes the house was empty, so essentially no furniture that needed to be dusted. It was like they came for few hours

This place is AWFUL. Their phone is disconnected, I have a cleaning the DAY BEFORE EASTER, and NO ONE has arrived, called, emailed, or will answer the phone or email.
The phone is DISCONNECTED. There is no way to stop the charge besides disputing with my bank. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this to me this company has become an illegal scam.

Was scheduled for this past Sunday at 8:30AM, got a text message the night before at almost midnight saying the assigned cleaner was not able to make it and would 12:30 or 3:30 work. I said 12:30 would, I was then told it would be 3:30! At 4PM i text and asked for an update on where the cleaner was, the first response was that she was lost, an hour later i was told they couldn't contact her because her phone had died!! I asked at 5 what the chances were that anyone could come, they told me chances were good, and to give them an hour! At 6PM I asked for an update and they said they couldn't get

DO NOT use this company. They charged me a rescheduling fee even though it was their customer service that called me and needed to reschedule. When I called to ask about the fee the staff, particularly Jake, was unprofessional and unhelpful. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. On the day that my home was rescheduled to be cleaned, I… got a call that the staff claimed they couldn’t figure out how to get into my building and left. I was charged another rescheduling fee. The third time, the staff claimed that they couldn’t find parking and I was charged again.

Cleaner came 10-15 late and had no shoes. When inspecting the place afterwards, I saw a footprint on my kitchen floor. The refrigerator was cleaned very nicely, but the freezer was not touched. Inside the stove did not look like if had been touched either. The bathrooms looked good overall, but the floors in the rest of the apartment were mediocre at best. Would not recommend!

It's a scam.
They were supposed to come and clean at 2 pm. They tried to change the time to 5 pm, and that time did not work for me, but they would not cancel without charging a cancellation fee of half the cost of the cleaning. I decided to make the time work instead of paying for nothing, but then they decided they needed a photo copy of my DRIVERS LICENSE in order to charge my credit card. I noped out, thinking that if they couldn't charge my credit card without the photo copy, they couldn't charge for the cancellation fee either. I was wrong, and they did.

This company is completely dishonest and unethical. They use contractors that they do not train. I had a cleaner break a glass shelf in my fridge. I reached out to the owner, Jake, and he would not compensate me. I provided signed proof from the cleaner that indicated that she broke it and even offered to get on conference call with her and the owner. Nothing. I was also charged a $78 cancelation fee for another incident in which Jake said I canceled. I have a string of 25+ emails with support/Jake seeking reimbursement for both incidents - complete waste of time. Do not use this company. They

Terrible customer service. I scheduled a cleaning and thought I was going to be home to let the cleaner in. I ended up having a meeting scheduled at that time and had to leave a key instead. So, I thought I would just contact them and let them know to grab the key and come in, which seems simple enough. When I called, they told me that they are not able to communicate with cleaners, and they would not give me information to contact the cleaners. So, I had no way to tell the cleaners very simple information necessary to get into my house. They ended up charging me for half of a full cleaning

These people are WORTHLESS!!!! I signed up for cleaning every 3 weeks. They 1.) Arrived with zero cleaning supplies for the floors. 2.) They only cleaned the lower level of my home (4 rooms) + the bathroom. 3.) They left scratches inside my toilet. The manager Jake was pitiful. He scolded me for not booking the extra hour the extra hour or so they suggested. There were 2 Cleaners! I don't believe they would have gotten to the entire upper level with an extra hour. The manager also told me from a picture I sent "It didn't look like a scratch to him." Which is interesting because

I am amazed with the service I received from Errund. They are very timley, take feedbacks seriously and answers all the questions when it comes with scheduling!
I was able to book them for Sunday afternoon and the cleaning service included cleaning one bedroom, one bathroom, and my kitchen which includes the inside of the fridge/oven. They were able to clean up all the chinchilla fur that just sits in the corner of the apartment (every pet owners worst nightmare!!) and cleaned up all the water-stains I wasn't able to remove for months.

They rescheduled the night before and then showed up late. Cleaning was not thorough at all - NOTE: "100% satisfaction guaranteed" means you have to have them stay and tell them exactly what to do. After telling her to get re-dust book shelves, to clean under the table, the baseboards, the shelves, under the radiator, the stairs, etc, I just sent her away. These were all areas that I paid for.
