Good communication before the appointment. Polite, professional and competent while here. Did fine job - listened to concerns about smell in basement and adjusted treatment at no charge. Also was able to remove some stains in the basement that other cleaner companies could not. Did NOT try to "upsell" additional product or service during appointment. Good follow up the next day to ensure everything went well and there were no problems.

I am blown away by the level of professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and friendliness displayed by Tim and Ben when they cleaned our carpets Saturday. A few stains did not come up completely, but they are coming to continue to work on the areas. Free of charge! Their commitment to quality is stellar. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if necessary.

Tim did a great job cleaning our carpets! He was courteous and explained the process he followed. He took extra care to treat the areas I pointed out that were extra soiled or stained. I had a family get-together recently and someone stubbed their toe in my basement leaving bloodstain trail on the carpet. I called "My Trusted Carpet" and the owner was very professional. He and another member of his team arrived on time and provided excellent service with results! The pricing was great for the job they did. I met Tim From My Trusted Carpet Cleaners about a week ago. I needed to get somebody in to clean our business carpets and chairs ASAP. Tim was extremely accommodating and coming out to give me a bid and scheduled the job two days later during hours that worked after our business hours. He went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect and I could not be happier with the end result. Tim was wonderful. We're in a rental, and needed to have the carpets cleaned (builder's carpet about 20 years old). Tim was able to get it looking and feeling nearly new again. He also removed years of pet hair from our sofa. He's very polite and timely. Great service, we would happily use My Trusted Carpet Cleaners again, and we shared his business card with our neighbors.
