Vin was very kind and got the job done quick but did a great job. He even left a note for my landlord stating the carpet was in good condition so they don’t try to take money from my deposit. I was extremely pleased with this company. They cleaned my daughter’s 2 bedroom apartment. First, they kept us informed when they were coming out. When the technician arrived, he honestly assessed the carpet and the pet stains before any work was started. I very much appreciated that. He was very knowledgable and explained to us what we could reasonably expect as an outcome and what course of cleaning he recommended. He also clearly explained the costs associated with the carpet cleaning. As he went about the cleaning, he did a thorough job. He did not rush through the job at all. Their equipment

I hired them to clean a 3rd floor apartment rental. My rental agreement requires that the moving out tenants have the carpets washed but they didn't. My move in tenants had no complaints, the owner did the work himself, despite the other occasional negative reviews I am sold.
living in a condo my association does not allow big hoses drug through the halls it is noisy, scratches the corners and people with walkers and wheelchairs cannot pass. I was told that I needed to find some one with a good portable unit. Vince said his unit is the biggest.

I recommend staying away from this company. The customer service on the phone is just the start. I set up an appointment and that was the last I heard of them. As my 2-hour appointment window was expiring, I called to check on the status. The tone of the customer service was like I was inconveniencing them by asking. They said they'll call the crew and get back to me. 30 minutes went by with nothing, so I called back. I got the same person, who acted like he'd never talked to me before. When I told him why I'm calling, he said the crew is behind. Something about how they got a call for a flooded
