I just had two of my hail damaged cars fixed from last summer. “Better late than never, right? Haha!” The minute I walked into their shop I knew I was in the right place. The owner was exceptionally nice and attentive, gave me an honest estimate, and took care of me in a timely fashion. My vehicles were returned to me looking like new, better than I even anticipated. This was my first time visiting Auto Rehab. I just want to say what a great experience. I brought in my Honda Civic today to have a dent removed. Court(sorry if spell incorrect) took great care of me. I was out in about 20 minutes. I just have to say what a great experience and I will be back if I have any more dents! Love this shop. I have brought two of my cars to this shop for work, and both times he has gone the extra mile and done really good fast work. They keep open and clear communication, always inform me as to where we are in the process, is honest about what they can and cannot do. Very reasonable cost. I always leave there very happy with my vehicles.

Our insurance company had us go to a local approved body shop and get an estimate for hail damage to our cars. While I was there, the staff was running around frantically looking for a customer's car that they "lost." My appointment was supposed to be 15 minutes and turned out to be 45 minutes. My insurance company called two days later and told me I needed to go back because the photos the shop sent were of someone else's car, and the shop "lost" the photos of my car.
