Abbey and Rhonda were great to work with. Explained everything in detail and were very accommodating. They picked my car up and dropped it off, and also covered my deductible. Very pleased with the hail damage repair. They even cleaned the inside of my vehicle before returning it. Highly recommend Got Hail!

Got hail is the best shop I have ever been to. I had hail damage over most of my brand new 2021 VW Tiguan which they did a great job at repairing. That is only a part of what they did. I travel for work and they let me drop the car off before I left for work and when they completed work on it, they delivered it. My car made it home before I did!! They also offered to arrange a rental car, if needed. Before I went to see them I was already getting a headache thinking about dealing with the insurance company. I had a great experience with gothail from start to finish, great company! A hail storm hit my Audi S4 3 weeks ago and about 3 days later I got a knock on my door to talk about hail. Gothail helped get on the phone with an insurance claim adjuster and they covered my deductible as well. They then booked a rental car for me, at their expense, and met me at the rental place shortly after I first met with them. I had some mild hail damage,I had a quick look over with one of their associates about what they offer in terms of repair and how they do so as well as being able to helping with you’re deductible and you’re rental vehicle.I had a pretty quick turn around and had it back within the allotted time they estimated it would be done and the rental process was easy

We are on our third trip into this shop for hail repair. EVERY SINGLE time it has been a very stress free and smooth experience. They actually came to us each time I never left my house, met us to pick up rental and exchange cars, and returned the car to our door and returned the rental. The service was FAST and very professional. I was actually also surprised that the same people are still working there which says alot about the company. They are in constant contact and definitely will get our business.

Our brand new 2021 Kia with less than 200 miles received extensive hail damage. Doing business with Got Hail was a wonderful experience. They took care of everything, transporting the vehicle to their facility, arranging our rental, working with the insurance company and were right on target for their completion date. Our vehicle had a special paint and Got Hail was spot on in matching it. The vehicle looked amazing. We are so happy we trusted them with out brand new car. For someone who never took hail damage seriously or ever had to deal with it, these professionals made the experience easy! They worked with my schedule, paid for my deductible, got me in a rental,so I got thousands of dollars in repair done with no money out of pocket! I can't get over how top notch this place was. Would give 10 stars if I could. You will not find someone more picky than me with my cars. I am absolutely crazy about my 2016 Subaru WRX. Car has never been to a car wash, and had been carefully hand washed with only microfiber sponges and rags very carefully since brand new. 5 year old car with almost non existent swirl marks cars that age should have.
