I reached out to Monster Pest and they were not only so responsive, but friendly and extremely helpful. They responded and were able to come to our home quickly for a check. I was very pleased with their service and how friendly they were- especially with fitting us into their schedules around Christmas. Highly recommend and will reach out to them again if we have any future needs or questions.

Amazing service! Not only are they very affordable, prompt, and good at what they do, they are also very honest and will spend time explaining everything. I had a lot of questions! I love that they use pet friendly pesticides so I don't have to worry about my Doggo's. If I could give over five stars I would!

We called this morning about 3 wasp nests we spotted on the exterior of our rental, and they were able to come same day!
Mark came and removed the nests and sprayed around the house. He was super kind and professional, and a great value! He was also masked which I so appreciated.
Highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to call again if a situation arises. (Though we can only hope it doesn't!)

I am a new home owner and needed to get a new bug guy. Josh came out and did an excellent job setting up a barrier and assisting with a sugar ant problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
He answered all my questions and put no pressure on me for services I didn't need.

Today Mark came out for a first evaluation of a problem I am having with rats. I was extremely nervous to call an exterminator due to special circumstances. I had explained this to the receptionist who originally called to set up the appointment and she had relayed some of this information to Mark personally ahead of our visit today.
When Mark came he was incredibly professional and patient and empathetic to my concerns and needs. He completely made me feel comfortable and heard.

My condo building was working with a national vendor FOR A YEAR to try to eliminate a roach infestation. After each visit, the situation would improve for a week or so and then inevitably start up again. Eventually, we stopped seeing any improvement and it seemed hopeless.
We reached out to other vendors and settled on Monster because of their communication and consistency. (We had about 3 or 4 last minute cancellations or no call no shows from other providers). Matt came by to do a pre-treatment inspection and took time to listen to specific areas of concern, such as furniture and the radiators

I don't think dealing with pests is ever a positive experience but Monster Pest Control provided as positive experience as possible. I'd highly recommend them!
I've had some wasps (yellow jackets) in my townhome. I contacted Monster Pest Control through Yelp and got a reply very quickly. It was easy to then call to schedule an appointment for the next day. They book a two hour window and I got a text letting me know their ETA and they were on time.
