Receptionist “manager” is horrible. She doesn’t get back to emails, calls or voicemails. Messes up appointments regularly and is completely unaware of the processes needed to perform the jobs her Company offers. She is totally unprofessional when confronted with her mistakes and or lack of organizational skills. I’m Finding another company after giving this one many chances. This woman ruined it for me.

We were recommended this company by multiple people in our community. Ace Pest Control was even recommended by a few people one NextDoor when I reached out for a reliable and professional pest company. Although there were bad reviews here on Yelp, I decided to give them a call and ask for a quote. Their price was reasonable and they were available for our bed bug emergency, so they received a quick "Yes" from me. After making the call, they came in the next day, they were professional and clean, and respectful of our property. They treated our home as if it was their own. I was so grateful

We have used this company many times before and I had called to schedule for a bug and spider spray and a person on the phone took my credit card information and charged me. Told me that someone would be out on Thursday to spray the house and that they would leave a slip saying they were here. Get home Thursday evening there is no slip and it does not appear that anything was done. I called the company today and spoke with somebody and she says they have no record of anyone scheduling this appointment. She was pretty rude and never apologized. I asked for clarification on what happened and let

We've always had great service from this company before and have recommended them to multiple people however on our most recent service call their sprayer broke which I get sometimes happens. We were told that the office would call to reschedule. Over a month went by and no one called. We've called 4 times. Left three messages, sent two emails and done one online appt request and still nothing. From a company who has always had outstanding customer service this is completely out of character... Are you out of business? Family emergency? Staff Emergency? Some type of communication would be nice

The worst. They came out and sprayed for spiders, said their work was under warranty. I saw no change after the service and called to get someone out again nobody showed TWICE! I scheduled myself out to be there for someone and never got a phone call or anything just no call no show. I called and e mailed and never received a response. If I could write a review and give zero stars I would! They don’t even deserve the one

Terrible. Came to our house for a pest inspection and identified bugs in our plastic irrigation box (yes, plastic) as termites, when in fact they were winged ants (as verified by two other pest inspectors/a PhD in entomology/a researcher at Colorado State University). Unfortunately their negligence did not stop there. They also said that divots in our hardwood floor where knots had come out were termite damage, and that the reason why there were no holes all the way through the wood is because they had been filled. Of course it was actually just divots from wood knots which, btw, termites don't

We were initially pleased with our initial service. Bugs returned in our home 4 weeks later and Ace Pest Control happily sent someone to re-spray the area. Lots more bugs returned 2 weeks later and when we called Ace Pest Control. We were treated poorly by their very put out receptionist and told we would be charged again. We paid for the bugs in our house to disappear and unfortunately we are back to where we started. I did however care for our technician!!

I called ACE Pest Control to remove some wasps nests over my garage. The tech. got to my home about 40 minutes late. I went in my house to let him do his job. When I came out a few minutes later I saw the poison soaked nests laying on the ground with dying wasps around the nests. The tech asked me if I have a broom because he forgot his. I sure did not want poison on my house broom. I told the tech that I will take care of it. Basically, the tech was unprepared.

They maybe good with bugs but they know nothing about mice. Like many older homes in Denver my house developed a mouse problem this year. I called Ace because they were referred to me.
They came out and set out some poison. I still had mice. I called them back they came out again and charged me another fee. I still had mice.
I called around and discovered that most other companies offer warranties. Also the guys that eventually came out took a totally different approach and I haven't seen one since!
So it might be worth calling them for bugs I'm not sure but call Rann M instead
