Called because we found a black widow and really appreciate the guidance given. He was clear on options but also that based on our situation, the time of year and our house configuration, we were unlikely to need any treatment - very professional when he could have sprayed unnecessarily.
We also used Advantage when we had ants about 18 months ago, and the issue was fully resolved with one treatment.

I can't say enough good things about Jim at Advantage Pest Management! He took care of our rodent problems swiftly. It felt like the rodents disappeared just at the threat of him coming by! In all seriousness, he inspected thoroughly and helped us identify ways to rodent-proof our home. Spring time infestation of mice from crawlspace(?) and Jim was at my place quickly- within 2 days, 90% of the problem was eliminated and follow up was prompt, scheduled during initial visit. Definitely recommend.

Jim was a total pro, showed up on time and was very sensitive to my concerns about pesticides around children and pets. He exudes work ethics. Time will tell how our spider control holds up, but we have caught SEVERAL already in the glue traps he set out (a supplement to the spray.). I am impressed with Jim and his responsiveness and professionalism.

This is a great local company. Jim has come out to do the spring/early summer bug spray service two years in a row now, and each time he has been punctual, professional, and thorough.

I arranged my first service last year through the Yelp quote system, and he responded to me within two hours to set up an appointment. After that, all communication has been via text which is super convenient - scheduling, confirmation, and re-scheduling (due to the weather). Jim is quick to respond and is flexible around scheduling needs - he'll definitely work with you to make sure that he comes out at a time

Jim was prompt with returning my call and very easy to work with for what we needed to get taken care of right now. Will be calling him back later in the spring to do a whole interior and exterior treatment.

We first started using Advantage Pest Management almost four years ago when we moved to Denver. We rent a sad little duplex that can only be described as a crap-box. When we first moved in, we had a spider infestation and hornets that dive-bombed us every time we tried to walk in the front door. We tried home solutions, but nothing worked, so we hired Jim. He fixed the problem without any trouble and in the four years since then has helped us get rid of: the mouse hotel that popped up under our dishwasher; hornets that live in the roof; hornets that live in the sand; microscopic clover mites that

We had a large mouse issue (in volume and size of rodents). Advantage just kept coming back to try new ways to catch them as they were elusive the first few weeks; they even offered to refund our money. Then after a few more traps and baits we began to catch them daily. It's been a few weeks and no rodents. We were very confident in his knowledge and skills. And offering a refund if he couldn't deliver was so insane as he can't control the mice. Anyway we would recommend Advantage anytime.

Great service without making me sign a contract which I did NOT want to do. Reasonable prices, on time. Will use again and recommend.

Jim is the BEST! Super responsive and very thorough. I messaged him with a suspected mice issue. He responded in 10 minutes and came the same day. He was super nice, took his time, answered all questions and my dog liked him (which is rare haha). Don't look further just hire Advantage for your pest management needs!

Jim came to check on our rodent issue. We appreciate his suggestions after he did a complete assessment in & outside of the house, checking feeding stations, and going through the crawl spaces. He took the necessary time to get a whole picture of the problem by asking questions that would give him a better idea. Moreover, since we already had the right amount of feeding stations spread throughout the house with the right kind of poison, he did not even charge us for the visit. I called the phone number listed for Advantage late on Sunday morning, anticipating leaving a message - and was completely surprised when a human answered the phone. I was even more surprised when I received the callback on Sunday afternoon, from the owner to schedule service. Jim was accommodating of our schedule and fit us in quickly, even with the impending holidays. This is a top-notch service organization.

We had initially hired one of the corporate big boys, gave them 6 months to get rid of a mice infestation for my Aunt, (had to sign a contract) they were unsuccessful ....... Fast forward to us hiring Advantage, Jim took care of the situation, my aunt is mice free.

On time every time and no contract. Professional, competent, thorough and very congenial.

Would use Advantage again if we needed, but I don't think we will need to.

Contacted Advantage to remove a rather large hornets nest from our backyard. They were great from the very beginning all the way through the process. They initially said it would be the next day for an appointment but Jim stopped by as he was going from one appointment to another and removed the nest quickly with no mess. I will definitely use Advantage again if needed. Highly recommend this company.

Jim is phenomenal. I called him to get rid of a large wasp nest and he found two more on my house that I didn't event notice. He came on time, was efficient, fair, knowledgeable, and more than reasonable cost-wise. He is the best!

I don't do a lot of reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by Advantage Pest Mangement. Jim exceeded my expectations for friendly, professional service and worked with my crazy schedule to find a time convenient for me. Best of all, they were affordable! We've had various companies come through and spray around our house. Many of which want to put you on their "program" - meaning we want to spray every 6 weeks. Early spring we had a weird mite infestation around a basement window that doesn't seal all that well. Boom, nothing left, nada. One time through and the problem was completely solved.

I live in an older house that has done some settling and we noticed some spiders throughout the house. We have a family member that is immune compromised and don't want to chance a spider bite. So I called Jim again. He scheduled

I have a fear of mice that is not normal. So when one afternoon, I saw a mouse scurry across my kitchen floor, I completely freaked out. The next day, I called Jim at APM.

Although he was booked, he worked me in to the schedule for the following day. Professional and personable, he assessed the situation and installed bait stations. While we were talking, I walked over to the sink to find the mouse swimming in it. I screamed bloody murder. To his credit, he calmly handled it.

2 weeks later he came back for the follow-up. No more mice! He sealed up the spots and the door and I can relax

So today was the day for Jim to come out and take care of my swarming ants as well as other potential pest issues. Punctual, courteous and very patient! He explained how he treated the property, what he used, and how to proceed in the future. Quality service and I will be using him in the future.
