If you need a new roof, it’s important to deal with a company that gives you the honest facts about the material options and realistic lifespan that you can expect. Do not fall prey to other company promises of 50 year lifespan - the devil is in the details when it comes to roofing materials. Secondly you need a roofing contractor that does the job right first time and doesn’t cut any corners. From my experience, Walsh Roofing excels in both of these criteria. They recommended aluminum roofing and not Galvalume which can have corrosion issues close to salt water. Every other company did not

I highly recommend Walsh Roofing. I had a leak and Jim Morse came to evaluate and give me an estimate. He was extremely professional and also told me they were behind due to the hurricane and rain. When the work was completed it was excellent. The team that did the work thoroughly explained what was being done, took photos and found the problem. It was repaired and I am very comfortable in how it was performed.

I had been using the same Martin County roofing company for approximately 8 years, every several months the flashing on my flat roof began to leak. I was getting tired of spending thousands of dollars every year with this company with poor results. One day we developed another leak and I decided to call Walsh Roofing instead of my "friend", Jim was great about getting there in a timely fashion, repaired the leaking flashing (for considerably less) and its been over a year with no additional leaks. Thanks Jim and the guys for a job well done. I now use Walsh roofing for all of my roofing needs,
