We needed to have our roof straps re- installed or fixed appropriately. They came out and gave us a quote and once the installation team got here there were some issues w how to proceed because of our attic space. They were extremely professional, let me know the issues and we decided to postpone the work. They refunded the down payment no issues. We then coordinated with them to come back out and complete the job. We did not have to go through any explanations a second time as it was the same crew, with all the history and knew exactly what needed to be done. They were on time, had great communication

We used Wind Mitigation Retrofits of Florida LLC to retrofit our roof in the hopes of getting a better insurance quote. The office was great to work with, they scheduled the retrofit for the next week, and the workers were very pleasant and even cleaned up the site after they were finished. We qualified for a great discount because of their work and would certainly recommend them!

We recently purchased a townhouse and it was in need of what we were told was "nail to strap and clip" upgrades for the roof truss to wall connections. The installer Jose was very nice and worked very hard to complete our installation in a timely manner.

I hired them to retro fit my roof for the insurance discount. When I called them I found them to be friendly and professional. They had me send them my wind mitigation report and home inspection in order to give a quote. They gave me an itemized quote in less than 24 hours and after I accepted we scheduled the installation. The installers arrived on time and were friendly and professional. When they went to my attic they discovered clips previously installed (something two previous inspectors missed). Felt like they did 'barely enough and no more' to satisfy the contract. So overall I'm NOT at all happy with the service and can't recommend this company. I wanted to get full strap credit on my Wind Insurance Policy, I had single straps already installed but needed 'the update' to bring up to code. We scheduled for a Thursday, I took the day off from work and got a call late Wednesday saying they couldn't make it. So rescheduled for Friday, again took another day off and was told they be here at 7am and work through the late afternoon. They showed up AFTER 10am and were done BEFORE 1pm, so LESS

Wind Mitigation Retrofits of Florida installed clips on my roof and saved me $1700. a year on my insurance. The two employees that worked on the job were excellent. They were polite, worked hard in the heat and cleaned up after they were done.
