My family was recommended All American by a friend and coworker of mine. The process was smooth from start to finish. Out of the 4 roofing companies we called for an estimate, All American was the only one to physically show up with a tape measure. Two emailed us quotes sight unseen and heard back from the third by the time we were half way done with our roof.
Adam was patient with my mom and answered all of her questions. Jennifer was absolutely pleasant over the phone and by email.

I appreciate that they explained everything thoroughly and did what they said they would do. I had two areas of disappointment: 1)There was no communication as to when workers would arrive; they just showed up. 2)A crew showed up one day and re-papered the roof. They left a mess including nails in the driveway and yard. Prior to that, cleanup was impressive. Hopefully I won’t have to replace a roof anytime soon. But if I do, I will call them again.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company and if you plan on reaching out to do your roof, ask for Mike Ruggeri. I couldn't be happier with the experience because of him. He was upfront about everything he was going to do and didn't even try to give an outrageous price or force "upgraded" (overly expensive) services like some other roofing companies try to do. He did everything he could to make our experience stress-free and he also communicated with us constantly which I feel is really hard to find in this industry now-a-days. All American made the process of our roof replacement straightforward and relatively simple. The paperwork was accurate, our calls were returned in a timely manner and the work was performed quickly and professionally. We called American Roofing and Coating when our roof was badly damaged by one of the hurricanes. The owner himself came out immediately, climbed the ladder to access the roof. They were so quick to respond, very professional and they did a great job. The job was finished immediately much to our great satisfaction

An amazing well run professional business. My roof needed to be replaced after the Frances / Jeanne hurricanes in 2004. Replaced shingle roof with seamless metal. Workers were all friendly, professional and paid close attention to cleaning up after roof was completed. I would highly recommended All American Roofing!

My mom wanted to help get a neighbors roof fixed and called this company no call back my mom waited a week called them, a lady answered saying they were on the west call they will call back in 5 days . mom waited no answer so she called them back. they said one guy would call back, but no call back then a few weeks later we get an estimate /contract for a shingle room

Our roof was damaged after Hurricane Jeanne in 2004. After receiving several estimates from area roofers we choose All American Roofing. Staff was professional and courteous and worked began on time as promised. We were replacing our shingle roof with seamed metal . The work was completed on time and the roof looks amazing! After completion of the project the crew meticulously picked up every nail and scrap of waste and disposed of it. All we were left with was a beautiful metal roof. I 100% recommend All American Roofing!!!!
