Working with APEX for our roof replacement has been great. It took about 2.5 months from the time the company came out to do the initial roof assessment until our new roof was installed. APEX guided us through the process of filing a claim related to a hailstorm with our insurance company and handled the back and forth with them for about 8 months… until they came to an agreement on the finalized amount. APEX has been incredibly punctual and responsive throughout the entire process, and even when we had an issue with one of our skylights leaking after the new roof install, they immediately

Shady, shady! Shame on Apex Roofing for sending out their sales reps. to try to get new business by stating the owner has wind damage! We just got out roof replaced & here's comes Jr knocking on the door. He claims their doing business in our development! Hahaha, don't they all say that? Then says we have wind damage! We said no we don't, don't you see the new roof that was just put on our home months ago. He tried sticking to the 'you have wind damage' story. BEWARE of Apex shady salesmen tactics people!

I recently got my roof done with Apex. The service was great and the workers were effective and respectful. They were focused and worked super hard. All of them were Hispanic...which made me reflect on the importance of appreciating the immigrants who have helped build this country...but that's too deep for a roof review. Thanks to Juan and his team for a beautiful roof in a day and great service!

Gene was a direct and honest salesman. Apex worked with us to get a better settlement from our insurance agency and ultimately arrived at a suitable solution for us. They did good work on our roof and they were responsive throughout. Antonio, the site supervisor was outstanding and we trust he will stay on top of the finishing touches (removing… errant nailings, etc.). There was a lot of damaged/rotted wood and it was sufficiently replaced effectively. We are still awaiting the all clear, but we trust it will be quick. Overall they were trustworthy and reliable. The only issue was the placement

I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who announced himself as an employee of Apex Roofing. He then asked if he could go on my roof and do an inspection because he could see damage from the street. As I knew there were some visible areas where the roof had been repaired I agreed. Once he completed the inspection he stated he thought he could get my roof replaced through insurance at no cost to me. I was then told that I could qualify for some exemption from my deductible through my veterans benefit and by placing a sign in my yard, and by completion of these surveys. The process took little

Apex Roofing & Restoration employees have been absolutely amazing! Ryan came by our home and gave us a run down of what to expect and what colors we would like for our home. He said we would have the best roof in the neighborhood and he was right! Our roof looks amazing! The work done is absolutely wonderful! Shane Allen our QC Field Manager was the best! He came out twice to ensure that the nails left behind were accounted for and we were very appreciative of that since we have a dog and my husband works out in the yard. Overall I would most definitely recommend them to a friend!

From the beginning working with Danielle was great. She followed up with me and she’s one dedicated employee. This was a roof claim that was denied by our insurance company. Apex helped us through the process and we eventually got our roof replaced. The crew was great. They cleaned up daily and unfortunately had to deal with our wonderful FL rain. Made sure the house was tarped before the rain. Very happy with our new roof. Gutter guys finished up today. Very happy with our experience with Apex.

Do not use this company if you want good communication or to get anything done quickly. I got weekly updates while waiting on insurance approval, however, once the insurance approved the new roof the communication stopped. It was over a month before I heard any information on when my roof would be replaced and then it was still almost a month out. Then once the roof was finally completed and the dumpster was still in my driveway almost a week later, I called their office and asked when it would be removed and about how the roofing went and billing. The lady could not provide me any information

Apex Roofing and Restoration did a great job on my house and detached garage. They were very reliable and did a great job putting down tarps to protect my plants and to collect the nails. Clean up was great and nothing was destroyed or left behind. My friends and neighbors gave me lots of compliments and loved the color of my roof.
