Great company, Irene came out met with my husband signed contract on a Saturday the following. Thursday dumpster and materials were delivered. Friday 7:00A.M. They started and by the time I arrived back from work, the entire roof was done.
Great job, great service. Yes, I recommend. I had damage on my roof from a storm and didn't even know it. One of the service consultants came to my door and let me know they were working in the area. I am very skeptical about the roofing industry so I went on the roof with them for the inspection. I was in very surprised with the damage there was, and they were constant professionals.
They did not pressure me at all. To those out there like me, I would definitely recommend them. They are very good to help you process your insurance claim and do an excellent job on the installation.

Thank you to the sales manager christian rengifo he has guide me from inspection all the way until the end with my insurance claim . explained to me all the process and was able to get my new roof by only paying my deductible all thanks to him and helping me with my claim if you need someone to help you with your claim call him he will help you just like he helped me . ;)

I may have gotten the B squad since my insurance company was using them for roof and gutter repair. The roof was done quickly due to the size of the crew, but communication wasn't there. I wasn't told when the dumpster was being delivered or what time the crew would be there. The communication I did receive were voicemails while I was working, email would have been preferred. The roofing crew ripped out landscaping fence (and didn't put it back which I found out when I let my dog out) and broke a planter while moving things in my back yard. If I was told items needed to be moved I would have done

We had a great experience with United Roofing! Christian was very helpful and very professional. I didn’t know the first thing about roof repairs and Christian was very patient and explained step by step the process which put me at ease. The work I had done was completed in a timely manner and I was extremely happy with it. I highly recommend this company.

The sales manager Christian walked us through the process end to end, which included an inspection, repairs and a new installation. They were transparent with pricing and flexible around scheduling. Really couldn’t ask for more in terms of customer service. We’re very happy with how the project turned out. Definitely recommend.
