As the owner of Abracadabra, I have studied sustainability and have my sustainability certificate with an associate of science degree and ever since I have been implementing sustainable practices in my business and life. We offer hourly and flat rates for house cleaning. We use non-toxic products, not harmful chemicals.

We specialize in move ins, move outs, overnight janitorial services, weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, restaurant clean. Abracadabra came to my home cleaned my carpets and refinished my slate floor with a high gloss. My floors look amazing!

Called to get a quote, and the person who answered was watching some video and didn’t realize he had received a call. After I asked what was going on cause I was just listening to some video unrelated to his service, he was mostly unprofessional on the phone. When I asked for a quote over the phone for a couch he said he can’t give a quote without a picture of the couch. I said I wasn’t okay with doing that, he said I could look for business elsewhere.
Company is very unprofessional and I’m glad I didn’t end up pursuing its business any further.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago with a time window of 9am-11am. No one showed up. I called and asked about it and the person I spoke with sounded like he had no idea about my appointment and asked to call me back. I texted them multiple times throughout the 2 weeks regarding how they wanted to be paid and no response.

Carlos Banda and his team took great care of our home in restoring our bathroom and closet after a toilet leak. We initially had an insurance estimate, and Carlos made sure to ask for additional line items such as carpet cleaning to make sure to keep our home clean. During the job, he set up a plastic barrier at the bathroom door and used and air scrubber to keep the dust circulation to a minimum. They kept everything really clean. We couldn't have asked for better support in this frustrating time as we couldn't use much of our home. Thank you, Carlos!

They state that they have a 1-2 hour response time for cleaning requests. On September 26, I utilized their online booking system to request a couch cleaning for September 27. Since then I've put in a total of (3) requests. As of today, September 30 - no phone call, no email and no text. Absolutely no response.

Outstanding job and quality of service to do the job right! We had our 4500 sq ft home carpets cleaned in Gilbert (~2300 sq ft, 7 rooms with stairs). We have 4 small kids AND a dog that has had LOTS of urine stains. They came and cleaned for 3 hours, and some of the stains were still there. We spoke with the owner and he agreed to have them come back. They bought new urine cleaner and came back on a different day FOR ANOTHER 3 hours! We appreciate their customer service and for taking care of us. Our carpets are clean and look great; we are very happy that we chose Abracadabra. Thank you!

Had my carpet cleaned by Jeremy and his workers and all my pet stains came out. They also used eco friendly cleaning products and it smelled amazing. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning, and stone polishing.

*** SCAM *** Made the mistake calling these guys. After the job was done. I noticed all of the same stains were there, the guy said he can only do so much. We were confused because the carpets are a year old. It had a bad smell after. I was obviously upset and asked why does it seem worse. Then all of a sudden he said he forgot to add the cleaning chemicals. Still it was a sloppy job. The guy had poor communication skills did not want to answer any questions, and just wanted to leave. How hard is it to clean carpets? Never again!!!

Wow! Jeremy and his team provided great service from customer care to performance of the cleaning. I was able to leave and come home to clean carpets with the peace of mind in knowing that my home was being well taken care of while I was gone.

All the booking was done by email with a text confirmation a few days prior. Not having to deal w phone calls is a plus for me. Appt was set for 8 am. I got a call at 8 am saying they'd be there at 830 or 9. I got a call at 9 saying they'd be there in 15 min. They arrived close to 930. Not cool, but since they kept me informed I won't hold it against them.

My floors look outstanding. These guys are detail-oriented and extremely polite. I have only tile in my house w bare concrete in 3 bedrooms. No carpet at all. Approx 1400 sf but I had them go around beds, couches, etc. rather

After living in my house for about 15 years I finally elected to have the ducts cleaned. I chose Abracadabra after talking to the owner Jeremy as he seemed to know what he was doing. He and an employee showed up on time (nice start). The then pulled out a bunch of hoses, and a brush that they ran through the vents. This contraption was hooked up to a "super sucker" mounted in the van. This was a messy job.

They did an excellent job on my vents at a reasonable price and they cleaned up after themselves.

I highly recommend Abracadabra Carpet Cleaners and will be calling them back to clean
