I would highly recommend Chimney Master! They were professional, responsive, and did an excellent job. We delayed getting our chimney fixed because we received an astronomical quote from another company, which scared us off from having the work done. A few months later, we heard good things about Chimney Master & decided to get a second quote from them. They were significantly less and did an excellent job. We are now enjoying our beautiful, working chimney thanks to Chimeny Master! Highly recommend them.

First company who could handle all things chimney and detail the reasons why all work was needed on my 40-year old chimney. Did what my roofer should have handled; made my firebox safe and installed a smoke shield; lined the chimney and sealed the Spalding brick. Cleaned my dryer vents and took before and after pictures. I reached out to Chimney Masters Dallas in December to check our chimney we had never used in our 6 years owning our home. So glad we did. Got a thorough cleaning and helpful insights around maintenance needs - no pushy sales pitch but very helpful and professional. Staff wore booties and cleaned thoroughly area around fireplace after completing service. Thanks to this service we were able to use our fireplace during the snowstorm safely.

We originally had them come in late 2020 to inspect and clean our fireplace to make sure everything was good before we started to use it. They also made some recommendations about some repair work that needed to be done. Didn't feel pushy or pressured what so ever. Eventually we go around to having them do the repair work and the workmen were great. Went over what they were going to do and even checked out some other stuff that other repair people said I needed, that I didn't think made sense. They confirmed that I was correct and even reassured me that the repair work they were doing would handle

I reached out to Chimney Master a week or so before Thanksgiving. All of the other fireplace repair dealers had no availability (and no willingness to be flexible) before January. James worked with me to squeeze in an appointment the day before Thanksgiving. His guys showed up on time and properly dressed for Covid. They were efficient, fixed the issue and left the unit working. It has worked great ever since. I highly recommend these folks.
