I’ve been using Cleanerific for a number of years. They are trustworthy, pleasant and do a great job. I just recently had them again after being out of town and the two people sent were terrific. What’s nice about Cleanerific if you can request the same people so they get to know you your house and what you’d like. Don’t hesitate!

I had not had my house professionally clean since the beginning of Covid. I needed a deep cleaning and Cleanerific delivered! I asked them to reach into every corner and wipe down every window sill and believe me, they left no place untouched by their rags and mops. A total surprise came when I opened my oven to cook dinner that night and it looked like the day I bought it. Cleanerific, thank you! I plan to be a repeat customer.

We reached out to Cleanerific after a COVID exposure at our site., the following day. Although the crew was slightly delayed, they did call to let us know an updated arrival time. They described the process and worked efficiently. They are a professional organization and we won't hesitate to call again if needed.

The two young men who did the work were courteous and kept me fully aware of what was being cleaned. They estimated the time successfully, and they cleaned up after work completed. I've been using this service for many years, but because of the pandemic, have not used them very much this year. I asked them to come in and do a deep clean recently because my house was just awful, and they did a fantastic job! I couldn't get over how clean everything was -- bright and shiny. I have a cat who has been shedding a lot and they got all the cat fur. I couldn't have been happier.

New owners have taken over Cleaneric. I have been a customer with the original owners and now with the new group. I am very impressed with the new group. They have improved the quality and professionalism of the company. They respond to requests, arrive on time, do an excellent job of cleaning. The cleaners are well trained. I recommend them for whatever cleaning needs you may have.

We paid $600 for a move-in clean and COVID-19 disinfection.
A) Floors weren't vacuumed or cleaned
B) Bathrooms weren't cleaned
C) Surface areas weren't cleaned or dusted
D) Windows and window sills weren't cleaned or dusted
Also unclear if any disinfection took place, based on the description of that service.
We ended up cleaning everything ourselves and basically gave away $600.
Save your time and money and avoid Cleanerific.

I started using Cleanerific when they first opened in 2005. They were a service of Jewish Family and Children's Services (JFCS) of San Francisco, and run as a not-for-profit. They charged a little more (only a little), but they paid their cleaners a living wage, provided them with full time employment (including benefits), and they used "green" cleaning products. They were easy to work with -- the leaders of the organization (Michael and Suzanne Berke) were professional and client focused. It felt good to support Cleanerific.

The people/workers of Cleanerific did a very good job of cleaning the whole house before the new tenants moved into it. They did an especially good job of polishing/buffing the hardwood floors and now they look great. It was somewhat pricey but I would say worth it. I would recommend them to do housecleaning and commercial cleaning as well. You should give them a try. Sincerely, David M.

Called a month ago, and had to set up an estimate visit for two weeks later. The estimate was fine, and I set up a date for cleaning. I was told I would be called for credit card info to pay and I realized on the day of (today) that I hadn't been. I had a cleaning scheduled this morning for 9:30 am, and I called at 8:40 am - after business hours are established -f to see what was going on. No answer. It is now 10:35 and I have heard nothing from Cleanerific. I want to support this organization, but I just can't. They made that impossible.

Suzanne is wonderful to work with. She accommodated my busy schedule and the challenge of getting to my business location. I recently moved into a new studio space and not only needed a quick cleaning but a deep cleaning as well. I would have liked to employ Cleanerific, but I decided long ago to do business with good people, and, after meeting, I could not hire this company. The administrator/point person on the phone during the initial call was arrogant and unpleasant, but I let go of my annoyance and made an appointment with the administrator. He came in the house with an enormous chip on his shoulder, took a fast cursory walk through my home and quoted me a ridiculous amount of money for weekly cleaning. I used Cleanerific many years ago and received one of the worst house cleaning services I have ever experienced

DO NOT waste your time with this business. Michael is dishonest and I've never felt so much frustration trying to a get simple recleaning done.
I recently moved into my new apartment and the previous owner used this business to get the apartment "deep cleaned" before our move in. Upon initial glance, the apartment looked fine. However, on closer inspection, there were oil stains left on the cabinets, stains in the refrigerator, and deep carpet stains still left over. (If you do decide to forgo my advice and use this Company, make sure you check these areas). We contacted Michael

They might do good work, but I'll never know. My wife and I had great difficulty with scheduling a power washing with them. First, they lost the record of our first appointment, and then for the rescheduled version, they told us a few days before that their power washer didn't work that day. And then when they finally did show up, the manager didn't provide a hookup for a standard hose line. So, we just decided to call the whole thing off. Just seems like a poorly run company.

If you are someone who believes in social enterprise, has deep respect for workers--in all occupations, supports community social service organizations, and expects quality work when paying market rates, then Cleanerific is NOT for you.
If you politely provide input when basic, simple cleaning tasks are not completed about half of the time, and express you STILL want to continue working with them despite this because you believe in their cause, you are not the kind of client they want because THEY will drop YOU.
Unbelievable.

Cleanerific can do a good job. But if they do a substandard job, they'll still charge you $120 for a 1 br apt. My microwave wasn't cleaned. My bathroom faucets weren't cleaned. About 3 other very simple things were overlooked. I mentioned it to the woman on the phone who said she would pass it on to Suzanne. Did I ever hear back from them? Did I get any kind of credit?
There are plenty other companies out there who do a great job and STAND BY IT.

Had their deep clean recently (~$280 for two people for 4 hours) and they did an AMAZING job. The two ladies were methodical and thorough and not once did their efforts come off as rushed or half-assed. They cleaned EVERYTHING (including the fridge). We've tested a lot of different house cleaners and no one has compared to Cleanerific. We're picking them up on a 6 week rotation for about $160 a pop. Totally worth it.
They are also non-profit and pay liveable wages to their staff.

Cleanerific did a great job! I live on the 8th floor of an apartment complex with very old double hung windows with dividers on the top pane and a few large swivel windows. I called Cole Hardware for a window-cleaner recommendation and they told me to call Cleanerific. Great rec! Definitely pleased with the turn-out.
My boyfriend was going to let them in at 11am and was suddenly called into work. I called Suzanne (she is a very nice lady by the way!) and told her that we could leave the key hidden in the hallway and they could let themselves in. When I got home, it was so nice to see our ocean
