The event starts at 7pm and the movie will begin at 7:30pm. Bring your lawn chairs and/or blankets, snacks and beverages to the Spur Cross Community Center. The featured movie is The Lego Movie. Persons between the ages of 10 and 13 years of age must have their youth badge if they would like to attend without a parent.

The Company, over a 35 year history has built a variety of properties ranging from attached townhomes and condominiums to high-end, semi custom, single family homes. Through the early 1980's, the Company concentrated almost exclusively on high-end semi-custom homes in Glendale, north Phoenix, and Scottsdale, Arizona.
Bob has more than 40 years of experience as an Arizona new home Broker/Salesman. He owns a home in Granville and can answer any questions you may have about the community. Kelly knows Granville like the back of her hand. She can help you find just the right spot for you new home and will assist you through the design process.

Everyone was very friendly and polite when I went in to view the homes when the lottery was in place. A few months later, I called and spoke to Dee asking general questions about their inventory and she was extremely rude and degrading when I asked her basic questions. I would just have to say to the property, do you really want someone representing your properties like this? I called to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager to speak to so I said, that’s OK I’ll write a review online! If you’re trying to sell a house, don’t be rude to potential buyers! I know it is a high

We had a great experience with Granville and absolutely love our new home. We're first time home buyers so were thrilled to have a brand new home for less than similar homes sold in older neighborhoods. I don't understand the complaints at all. Any small thing that wasn't up to par during the walk through has been promptly taken care of by their customer service team. We love our new house and had a great experience with the sales and design team. So I'm not sure what some other reviewers are thinking. :)

House is less than 4 years old. Cement driveway raising. Back patio cement patio raising. Central A/C unit had no freon. Then Central A/C went out. Light sensor for garage lights never worked. Landscaping poorly done. Patio gutter leaking. Would never recommend Granville to any buyer. Builders warranty good for two years. Nothing more.
