We hired Cadil and Elite One Stop Builders to extend our lanai pavers and build a 15x20 screen enclosure. He also connecting our side entryway pavers walkway to the screen enclosure that he built in the back. Wow! He did a great job managing the project and keeping me informed on the progress. It was a challenge with COVID and trying to get it done over Christmas and into the New Year - but he got it all done!
The workmanship was GREAT and he went the extra mile to get it done - including building a beautiful screen enclosure, matching the current pavers, building the footer, re-routing our sprinklers

After being referred to by multiple neighbors, I have now used Elite for a number of projects. It’s tough to find a quality and reliable contractor these days in Florida, especially ones that are actually licensed and do projects large and small (many contractors use someone else’s license when needed). Owner Cadil and crew just finished building me a doggie bedroom in our bedroom wall. We hired elite one stop Builders To install crown moulding, paint our house and install a kitchen in our upstairs bonus room. Everything that was done was done professionally and looks amazing, we are very happy with the outcome. The owner of the company has fantastic communication and always let me know when contractors were coming to to the house and what time. He was also always checking their work to make sure its up to his satisfaction. One other thing I really appreciate it at the end of each day they clean up everything so it doesn't feel like we're living in a dirty construction zone. Very
