Our combined experience includes the Design, Construction and Construction Management of Single Family Homes, Multi-Family Units, Retail and Restaurants with a particular passion for High-End Manufacturing Industrial Sites and Cleanrooms; Biotech, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
One of my deepest passions lies in seeing HARD WORKING families own a piece of the American Dream; a place to call HOME. In my 22+ years in the industry, I have made great friendships with hard working individuals, in the US and around the globe. Everyone I've met yearns for a place to call HOME for their families, but not everyone has this blessing.
One of my deepest passions lies in structural engineering and assuring structures are built functional and safe. In my 21+ years in Civil Engineering with expertise in Affordable Housing Development, I have achieved the compliance to the schedule for capital improvement projects and execution of funding over $600M.
MVI seeks to contribute in reducing the substantial gap in newer, modernized, quality AFFORDABLE construction. Using our expertise in design and construction we seek to provide a path so HARD WORKING PEOPLE can have a place they can call Home and/or their Own Business where they can be financially independent.
