Services
System isn't working? No matter what the problem, we're here to help. Before you call for service, try some quick tips to avoid unnecessary service calls. 1. Check your thermostat. Are all the switches in the correct position? Have you check the batteries? YES some thermostats have batteries, be careful when pulling the face off the thermostat, do not "yank" on it.
Maintain your equipment to prevent future problems and unwanted costs. Keep your cooling and heating system at peak performance by having a contractor do annual pre-season check-ups. Contractors get busy once summer and winter come, so it's best to check the cooling system in the spring and the heating system in the fall.
Beacause we live in a desert, Arizona's temperatures drop dramatically over night and in the early mornings. This may cause frost, or ice to develop on the outside coils of your system causing cold air to blow into your home when your heater turns on. Don't be alarmed, this is a normal process called a "Defrost Cycle".
Energy-efficient heating and cooling performance - All Amana brand package units offer 13 SEER or higher cooling performance. Our package gas/electric units offer 80% AFUE heating performance, as well. In the warmer months, the heat pump acts like an air conditioner, removing heat from the air inside your home and transferring it outside.
Now is the ideal time to schedule a Winter Tune-up. This comprehensive service is best performed when the outdoor temperature is 60 degrees or lower, so with colder weather on the way, now it is the perfect time to schedule your Winter Tune-up with Clarke Air Conditioning and Heating for $59 for the first system and $49 for each additional system.

Mr. Davies Clarke, owner of this company, is not a man of his word or an ethical person to deal with! Clarke Air Conditioning installed our AC unit. No issues until this year when AC went out. Called Clarke AC but they couldn't help so called a different AC company. The tech told us the wiring had not been safely secured when the install was done. Wires were left hanging loose and the high voltage wire was able to rub against a hot copper pipe. The casing on the

Let's face it. No one *likes* to call the HVAC company. For me, this was accompanied by a 90 degree house at 3 AM when my air conditioner went out. My home warranty company had tried to get me to go with another company that couldnt be out for 3 days... No thanks. I turned to the internet for help, and found Clarke AC which opens at 7 AM in the morning, so I was able to call them first thing. IN fact, I called them early and left a voicemail to which they responded quickly. I received a call from them at around 7:00 sharp, when they opened. They were out before 9 AM.. seriously. The
