I had a very bad experience with the AAA Apex Construction. I have requested them regarding my Roof repair on September 1, 2021 they have given me a window for the repair after giving me an estimate which was the week of September 27, 2021. They did not call to give me any updates on timing. After calling the receptionist several times she said that she would call the technician and get back to me (about 10 times over 5 weeks) and I did not once receive a call back. Now my roof damage has gotten worse and the roof needs more repair. I had to choose another company which is charging more as material

Be careful with this company. They’ll overcharge you for the supplies you use, and then keep the extra supplies they charged you for and didn’t use on your repair. Not small amounts, either. They will take 10+ boards of plywood (which they charge $100+ for each) and not refund you, even though you paid for the supplies.
Additionally, I am fairly certain that a large number of the positive reviews for this company are falsified. Notice how many of the accounts leaving the reviews have only 1 posted review (which is for this company), no account photo, and the reviews from many of the accounts

Be careful with this company on double dipping. They do an estimate and then charge you more after. This company sub contracts another company. They are not the ones that do your roof.
Honestly their response time is good and did the work fast. But they over charged me for my roof and we’re not able to tell me why? Something so simple. Even when you ask them for a itemized breakdown they can’t even do this. They also used r-13 insulation the cheapest and worst for a roof? I had another company come and tell me that we have to use r-19 for the ceiling.
Don’t believe on all these other fake

I am so happy with the AAA Apex!! They came in the same day as I called and gave me a better price than 2 other companies I called. Dan explained the process of replacing the roof in details. We were in a rush since a storm was coming and they were able to do it after 2 days. I am happy with their service! Will recommend to my friends and family
