PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CHOOSE.
I wish I could explain just how awful I feel about wasting my money(3000 dollars) and time not to mention the aggravations I experienced. We hired them for a simple leakage of roof. Dan came with one other guy, gave me a rosy explanation what is the problem. I believed him and paid 300 as downpayment. He sent 2 guys to work few hours to replace 1 skylight( cheaper looking one than what we originally had) and 3 feet of shingles around the light. He said that's all we needed plus the valley area. I honestly took his words and paid him the rest of the money.
Then came

We enjoyed working with Dan and John. They did an excellent job doing a few projects in my backyard, including building a fire pit with a retaining wall. They are very easy to work with, give you fair price and do quality work. I would highly recommend them.

Well deserved five stars! It’s raining pretty hard right now and neither of my roof’s are leaking anymore. I don’t have to drag my plants over the catch the water. Dan is so professional and a sweet heart. He went out of his way to get us a fair quote, traveled all the way out to Hackettstown from Garfield to give us the quote, then to work on my Spanish terracotta roof. The work was completed in one day and he showed me pictures of the progress as they went along. They did a phenomenal job. Thank you so much Cannizzo Construction.

Everyone knows the joy of buying their first home and with that joy comes the decorating and home improvements. Well, I'm sad to say that we have had a horrible experience that has now led us to the lawyer.
My husband and I were so excited to start our backyard project that included new cement and pavers around our inground pool and backyard. We met with Dan the owner's son of Cannizzo Construction. They came to our home to price everything out, gave us a price and we gave them a deposit. All new

We called 9 companies for estimates for a walkway/steps, and patio. They were by far the most responsive, genuine and reasonable. Communication with Dan and John was absolutely seamless. They are brothers who work together and take pride in their family business. In fact John was down in the trenches doing the work as well, which is important to me. Beautiful work and we've gotten tons of compliments. We held off on doing the patio for our own reasons but when we're ready we're calling these guys for that and other work as well. Thank you!

We needed our front porch stairs repaired. We had three estimates, and this was the only company that not only gave us a written estimate, but also a warranty.
